How does the PHP-VSP Discount Program work?
When choosing a VSP service provider: • To have full advantage
of your discount benefit, just present your PHP ID card at one of
the many participating offices. • There will be no claim forms to
fill out and no waiting for reimbursement. • Your VSP discount
benefit may be used as often as you like, with no limit to your
