Due to the fact that the subjects in my photographs will not be people, I will not have to worry about getting the consent of models, and ensuring correct ages for models. It’s also a shoot that I’ll be producing in my own home so hiring locations, and environmental rules don’t come into play. However, the subjects in my photographs will be LEGO products and I need to make sure I have the rights to use their toys. As it happens, my client (LEGO) has commissioned my photographs and I therefore have the rights to use the toys in my shoot.
