To whom it may concern: Jordan Wright was a student in my BA 201 Principles of Management course during the summer 2015 session. The class was broken into teams early in the semester, and it quickly became clear that the team that Jordan was assigned to was highly functional. Over the following weeks, it became clear to me that one of the principal reasons for the team's high level of performance was the fact that Jordan was a member. The team flourished over the semester, in my opinion, due to a strong business concept, superior leadership, and an open willingness to learn. It was clear to me that Jordan was an instrumental part of this process. Jordan had the role of the team's chief financial officer, responsible for creating the financial statements for the team's fictitious new business. This role, in this course, is typically accepted by a student majoring in business administration, and even so, presents a significant challenge to most students. What impressed me about Jordan is the fact that even though he is not a business administration major, he accepted the CFO position and worked diligently throughout the semester to create what I believe may be the finest set of financial statements I have seen created in any section of this course I have taught. Throughout the semester, I found Jordan to have a very high level of relationship skills with his team members, superior financial acumen in creating statements, a perfect balance of confidence and humility and the highest level of work ethic. Please consider this letter my highest recommendation for Jordan Wright. Sincerely, Raymond Sanders Instructor/Faculty in Residence
