Pupils are required to write the text (i.e. it can be an email, a letter, a report or a speech, based on what has been covered in class) to suit the purpose, audience and context. Paper 1 Section C: Pupils choose one out of four topics to write a text of 350 to 500 words in continuous prose. The topics set may cover different types of texts, (i.e. it can be a Recount, Narrative, Expository or Information text, based on what has been covered in class.) Drawing & Painting Art Paper Supplied. All art materials must be brought by pupils to exam – pencils, eraser, markers, colour pencils or paint, brushes and water container. Students are allowed to use their own drawing paper but must submit their blank paper sheets to the teacher one week before the examination date to be stamped and certified.
