Quality Control System (QCS) should be introducedand repeated every 4 weeks or at a suitable frequency for your lab. HOW? Leybold offers a full lens testing serviceor a testing kit with instructions and training so you can take control of your product.

In addition, Leybold also offers a spectrophotometer which measures the AR color and hardcoat thickness, keepingtrack of not only the AR quality, but also the hardcoating process, promoting a total quality control of your product.

F-10 SPECTROPHOTOMETER

The Spectrophotometer is capable of measuring the optical and physical properties of an AR coating on eitherthe convex or concave surface of the lens. It is capableof accurately measuring the spectral curve as well as thethickness of the hardcoat directly on the lens surface.
