urinary tract infections. Drinking plentyof water helps eliminate the toxins byflushing it out of the system. Regularintake of water also helps in control-

for food (especially junkfood) in between meals.

This year, resolve to replenish your beau-ty closet. Take time to check expirydates of all the products, whether it is
