Work Summary
Work Summary ~
The work relationship between Bass Engineering and I began in October 2013 to present, while previously employed for thirteen (13) years with the Department of Motor Vehicles, Michigan. Currently, Bass Engineering has brought me to a new level of growth in my career. I have received advanced training in the methods and processes of the oil and gas industry, using specialized software specific for the industry. I am now looking to advance to the next step in the growth process and to re-locate. I believe in having a strong work ethic, honesty, character and integrity. I believe my contribution to the Bass Engineering has been substantial. This includes: friendliness, time effectiveness, training employees, team building, and the accuracy in compiling reports, and new innovative ideas to enhance the flow of the department.
Bass Engineering Accomplishments ~
A) Reports - Since, October 2013 I have successfully completed seven-hundred and fifty-six(756) reports and proposals. The average is roughly fifty-one (54) reports a month. Thisdoes not take into effect the special reports, special projects, and documents created forother departments and those not in salesforce. This is an average of two (2) completed outthe door reports per day.**This is based on fourteen (14) months of work history and the data was retrieved onsalesforce, taking the total number of reports and dividing them by fourteen (14) months.
B) Cathodic Protection Data Management (CPDM) –Advanced training (Expert Level), specializing in bridging large amounts of data.Database clean-up: I did a complete overhaul to the system. I was able to re-tag existingdata with the correct data tag as well as deleting duplicate records and blank records. Thisentire project was completed in between reporting time over a two (2) month period
C) Training – The advanced training in CPDM training has allowed me to train co-workersand other technicians in the art of CPDM. I have also trained in MS Word and Excel.
D) CAD Design- I was introduced to Bluebeam and initiated learning and understanding andimplementing the program. I was the first to initiate the process for in-house drawings byusing this intuitive design program. I have completed a rough estimate of ninety (90)drawings over a five (5) month period. This is approximately eighteen (18) drawings amonth, with an average of two (2) completed drawings a day.**This is a savings of $1800 based on $20 a drawing for a third party vendor.
