Every home design begins with a site

and parameters dictated by building

codes.

Villa avignon is situated next to a

park and backs to a golf course with

a double fairway.

When assessing a sites value the axiom

as was so prevalent in 2005, the highest

and best use of this site was to

[grudgingly] tear down an outdated

42 year old home and build something

commensurate of this incredible

location, location, location!

And so began the creation and

journey of the stunningly beautiful

villa avignon .

The existing home was demolished after every useful

item was either sold or donated.

forms are set to pour new foundation walls

a steel infrastructure was installed

and engineered floor joists, designed to

span long distances, put into place

The incredible views are revealed as the first floor

decking is installed

Ljt actually made interior selections for a

buyer who sought to purchase this house but

the deal fell through. The selections will be

presented on website.
