Donations of Furniture and Boxed Household Items

By providing furniture and other household items to Veterans who have been homeless, Team AMVETS Welcome Home Program has made thousands of successful deliveries throughout California, including San Diego County, Orange County, Long Beach, Greater Los Angeles, and Fresno. Milk+Bookies is a nationwide charitable organization that gets books into the hands of thousands of children who need them, including PATH’s families and children. CARS Vehicle Donation Program

CARS Vehicle Donation Service accepts most cars, trucks, trailers, boast, RV’s, off road vehicles, heavy equipment, and most other motorized vehicles. If you have any questions about what you can donate, please call them toll-free at 855-500-RIDE or 855-500-7433 seven days a week. All donations are tax deductible. Each year, the National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW) gives away more than 85,000 items to over 5,000 needy individuals by partnering with 20 social services agencies, including PATH. Big Sunday offers more than 2,000 ways for people to help out, every year. They support hundreds of local nonprofit agencies, whether on Big Sunday Weekend, during the holidays, as a Monthly on Melrose project, through an emergency need, on a corporate day of service, or any of the many other ways folks in the Big Sunday community come together to help others.
