    Our uniquely practical approach

    At-desk coaching:

Unlike other training companies, were passionate about making sure people implement

the things we cover on our workshops straight away so that real change happens. We

structure our sessions to include workshop-room time as well as at-desk coaching. So

on Getting Your Inbox to Zero or example, people actually GET their inboxes to zero by

the end o the 3 hours - not just talk about it.

    Blended learning:

We see learning as a process that happens rom the moment your delegates receive their

invite to the workshop, right through to the weeks and months aterwards. We oer an

email ollow-up service to help make sure the learning sticks. Were also available on

email i your team have any ollow-up questions and we love sharing our own

experiences with a ull range o dierent tools - between us, we know all the best tips and

tricks or Outlook, Gmail, PC, Mac, pen and paper, iPhone, Blackberry and whatever else

    you might use!

    Our story

    Our ethics

Think Productive was ounded by Graham Allcott in 2009, ater he made the transition

rom charity Chie Executive to reelance consultant. For the rst 2 years as a reelancer,

he was suddenly working without a personal assistant and a great team o do-ers

and having to rely on himsel to be organised, productive and motivated.

Grahams lightbulb moment was ater reading David Allens Getting Things Done (GTD),

a book which ironically had sat gathering dust on his shel during his busy, stressed-out Chie

Executive days! It led on to him discovering a whole range o productivity books, blogs, ideas

and practical tools which could be o real benet to individuals and organisations, whilst at the

same time as a consultant he was seeing the waste that goes on not through negligence, but rom the stress and chaos o inormation overload.

Think Productive was born. Our vision is to make a million people in the UK happier by helping

them replace inormation stress with playul, productive momentum.

Wed love you to be part o making it happen!

Think Productive has adopted a social business approach rom day one.

We believe passionately in doing business in the right way, including...

Sustainability- We are passionate about environmental sustainability: We operate as a

carbon-neutral company, we only use recycled paper and we constantly review our

    environmental sustainability and ethical purchasing.

Charities - We help charities in a variety o ways: We oer discounts so

that charities can access our workshops and our ounder Graham Allcottalso donates his time to 3 charities at board-level and mentors social

entrepreneurs. We also run our own initiative, Girls, Stay in School,

which each year provides 2 scholarships or girls at Bhukhabusi Primary

School in Uganda to und their entire secondary education. It helps the

girls and their amilies escape poverty but also helps the school promote

awareness o womens rights in the area.

Being a good employer - Think Productives early development also saw it train three people

back into work ater periods o unemployment through the Future Jobs Fund. We continue to

oer work experience, internships and apprenticeships as the business grows.
