As we begin a new year together, we need to remember the Lord’s faithfulness over the past years and reflect on His mercy extended to us, and our families. Lamentations 3:22-23; It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not – They are new every morning, great is Thy faithfulness! We surely do not know what lies ahead in the new year, but we do know that our Lord is in control of all things, and is able to care for His children. Twenty-twenty was as unusual as any year I have experienced in my lifetime; the Pandemic with so
many dying and many suffering, just reminds us of the unusual times we live in. So many folks are living as though there were no God, and expecting all things to somehow work out peacefully, but the Lord sees the need of mankind, and is able to correct problems, and consummate all things. It is truly of His mercies that we are not consumed. We can see His faithfulness in providing our salvation, our security, and our opportunity to serve Him. I would like to challenge every one of us, as members and servants, to accept the challenge to serve Him in 2021 as never before. We need to love each other, we need te respect each other, pray for each other, and just be the Christians we need to be. If we do this, there will be no lack of leadership, finances, or consequences that we will face, that the Lord will not see us
through. I want to encourage faithfulness on our behalf so that the Lord will continue His blessings on us. There are so many friends, family, and folks in our community that need the Lord. We must reach out beyond ourselves and seek the salvation of others. Jesus, himself, came to the world to seek, save, and satisfy us. Let us be faithful to reach out to others, and give the truth to them, as Jesus himself, would do if He were here. You can always tell a growing church, by the way they enlist, and bring people in to their church. Remember we were lost until someone brought the Gospel to us!
Happy New Year,
the best year ever!

It’s amazing how the year
has flown so fast. As we get closer to the end, we remember that 2020 has been one of the most difficult years. The global pandemic has hit hard, and our only hope continues to be on Jesus. However, December will remind us of the joyful event when Jesus was born to provide salvation to every human being.
As the people of God, our faith in Him has been stronger than ever, and we know that He has better things for us. The time that we spent at home taught us to be closer to the Lord. Let us persevere in our walk with Jesus and continue to proclaim the gospel in every opportunity that we get. Pastor: Rev. Ernesto Robledo, D. Min.
Pastor: Rev. Ernesto Robledo, D. Min.

New Years is upon us and that means 2020 is coming to a close. Most of us are pretty excited about the most confusing and unsettling year being put in the past. This year was something that no one could have predicted despite it being 2020. Praise God that our hope is not found in something that is earthly. Our hope rest in something that is not of this
earth. As we have just celebrated the coming of an earthly King, we know that this King is not dead but rather he is ruling and reigning on High.
As I reflect on this past year, I see that God has seen me through it all. He has sovereignly and graciously given me a wife. He has continued to give me an education. He continues to let me be a part of a loving church. He has given me the ministry of the Gospel. And the fact remains that God was in charge of all this. The gracious truth about this can be found in multiple scriptures. I will give you two to read and process on your own. Jeremiah 1:12 & Ezekiel 12:25.
I will leave you with a quote from my favorite author. “God doesn’t just predict; he does what he predicts.” – John Piper.

Greetings and Happy New Year from the Choir loft! It is our hope that you will have a blessed New Year as we usher in 2021. As we approach this new year, we need to remember to be thankful in everything, in all situations we may face, not just when times are going well. “Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.” -Psalm 100:4 If we find ourselves worrying about finances, a relationship, finding a job, or any other circumstance, we still have to thank God for what He promises, who He is and what He has done for us! We need to be
grateful because He has been so faithful in our lives. This month’s song comes from Carol Cymbala, Director of the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir. Let this song remind us to be thankful because of His faithfulness. “Your faithfulness endures to all generations; you have established the earth, and it stands fast.” – Psalm 119:90
He’s Been Faithful by Carol Cymbala and the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir
In my own suffering Through every pain every tear There's a God who's been faithful to me When my strength was all gone When my heart had no song Still in love He's proved faithful to me Every word He's promised is true What I thought was impossible I've seen my God do
He's been faithful, faithful to me Looking back He's love and mercy I see Though in my heart I have questioned And failed to believe He's been faithful, faithful to me When my heart looked away The many times I could not pray Still my God was faithful to me The days are spent so selfishly Reaching out for what pleased me Even then God was faithful to me Every time I come back to Him He is waiting for open arms And I see once again
