This year's con- test marks the first official bestowal of the title a nd the first time the Miss America Pageant national director will be on hand. This year's them is "Growing and Going with Greeks.- Kicking off the week's acti vlties Monday night was the c rowing of Toni Del Missier, Diana: John Barkman , Apollo ; and Dr. l\larg'lret Pipes , Zeus. Zeus , '1 faculty member , was selected by the Gre ek \Veek committee. The crowning took place at a dessert held in South Cafete ri a. Bill Ramsdale, a member of the national board of governors vf Delta Sigma Phi fraternity, was :;peaker. During the day, Greek pledges will collect money for the Red Cross as their yearly service project. Tomorrow campus Greeks try their luck at bowling at the Sky-Hi Lanes from 3 to 5:30 p.m. Sponsored by Pi Sigma Epsilon, national marketing fraternity, the theme of the pageant is "Sugar and Spice."
