Snake River Scenic Float Trip... $60 - $110 per adult / $50 - $94 per child7:45AM - 4:00PM Multiple Departures Daily (3-3.5 HRS total including transportation)This scenic float includes a guided float experience with a Mad River guide, a meal, all taxes, and all fees. Spend the afternoon on a relaxing Snake River Float with a Mad River guide. All scenic floats are guide-powered so you can relax and enjoy the scenery all around you. The magnificent Teton Range sets the stage for our 13 mile Scenic Float trips. This trip starts west of the town of Jackson and winds its way south through braided river channels and sand bars. This 13-mile stretch is home to an array of natural won-ders unlike anywhere else on earth and the opportunity to view them all in one place is extremely rare. Our experienced and knowl-edgeable guides will navigate you through this pristine landscape, sharing the history, geology, and wildlife of the region. Due to calm waters, cameras and binoculars are generally fine for this stretch of river. You may see beaver, cutthroat trout, cliff swal-lows, osprey and bald eagles on your trip. A lucky few may even catch a glimpse of a mule deer, moose, elk or even a grizzly or black bear.

Spend the afternoon with a guide running the Snake River, just south of the town of Jackson. The Mad River guides are well versed in the area's flora, fauna and geol-ogy. They'll also teach you about the rich history of the region and you'll understand why Jackson Hole is the "Last of the Old West". The Snake River Canyon is rich in geological history and your guide will point out some of the features that make this canyon unique. You may see river otters, osprey and bald eagles on your trip.
