    2. E5ecut!$e Suar6

I have got acuainted with domestic & outbound tour operations during my

    summer training.

I have learnt a host of things about-

    ile handling

    Hotel bookings

    Telealling

    Itinerary planning

(part from this I came to know about various trends in flow of domestic

tourists, their preference, their expectations, behaviour etc. (lso I came to

know about how division of labour in an organisation plays its part to

accomplish targets. /ased on that I have made my project.

"roblems I faced while doing my project were 0freuent resigning of the top

staff, no field work given by the company as such though the staff was

    friendly.
