Renovate Now, Pay When You Sell

ESTIMATEStart by visiting curbio.com and filling out our estimate form or call 844-944-2629. Since BHGRE Metro Brokers is a VIP organization with Curbio, your request will be prioritized by our Home Improvement Consultants (HIC). After a short conversation with the HIC, we’ll send you an estimate within 24 hours. To prepare for this call, you'll need to know:

•After-renovation list price •As-is list price•Amount owed on the property •General idea of necessary renovations

VIRTUAL WALKTHROUGHAfter your client reviews the general estimate, we'll send our Video Technician to the home to capture a high-resolution 3D video of the property. Then we virtually tour each room with you and your client, carefully examining the home, determining which renovations will deliver the most value, and solidifying the scope of work. You can login to our tour from anywhere, even your mobile phone. After the Virtual Walkthrough, we'll send you and your client a detailed proposal for the entire renovation.

CONTRACTAfter the sellers agree to the scope of work and execute the contract, we'll start our renovation within 5-7 business days. We'll file a deed of trust to ensure we are paid for our work at closing.

RENOVATIONWe want to get the house on the market quickly (just like you do!) so we complete our projects within 3-8 weeks. Your Project Manager handles everything, including ordering materials, managing subcontractors, and scheduling deliveries. The Project Manager will also keep you and your homeowner informed throughout the renovation.

ON THE MARKETYou'll list the property within 5 days of project completion. Based on the terms of our contract, your seller agrees to reduce the list price by 2% if the home is not under contract within 30 days, and an additional 2% every 30 days thereafter.

CLOSINGWe're paid for our work through the proceeds of the sale at closing.
