Manage all operation at warehouse Management and warehouse operations system; control all goods in and out of warehouse Handle and arrange loading, packing, unloading for goods & returned warehouse Manage the space of warehouse, the storage place of material and finished goods Make and control all the procedures, work flows of warehouse operation In charge of inventory: daily and regularly; Supervise stocktaking and make report periodically Control FIFO Instruct and guide all the driver to come in and out of warehouse for loading and unloading at the warehouse Control and Manage safety in warehouse Be in charge of managing all equipments, tools in the warehouse such as: products, forklifts, etc. Manage facilities in warehouse Manage personnel at warehouse Assign works to operator and review operator’s performance Educate, training operator, Ensure that operator always obey working processes and company’s regulations Ensure operator work effectively and at schedule; control the warehouse work efficiency Supervise and allocate overtime working effectively Others jobs upon request of Manager - Quản lý các quy trình, thủ tục của công nhân kho, chịu trách nhiệm về bác cáo hàng ngày, giám sát tình trạng lưu kho và báo cáo theo từng giai đoạn, quản lý FIFO, hướng dẫn và điều hành hàng hóa xuất và nhập, xây dựng quy trình, quy định và mục tiêu cho kho, làm báo cáo về hoạt động tồn kho, đảm bảo quản lý tốt vấn đề an toàn của kho, chịu trách nhiệm quản lý toàn bộ máy móc, thiết bị, công cụ dụng cụ như sản phẩm, xe nâng…. - Quản lý con người: Phân chia công việc cho công nhân, xem xét biểu hiện và thành tích của công nhân và nhân viên kho, đào tạo để đảm bảo công nhân và nhân viên kho luôn làm theo các quy trình làm việc và quy định của công ty, đảm bảo hiệu quả làm việc của công nhân và kế hoạch hoạt động của cả kho, giám sát và phân bổ thời gian OT để đảm bảo hiệu quả công việc Yêu Cầu Công Việc - At least 1-2 year experience in warehouse field Ít nhất 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kho - Good communication in both Vietnamese and English/ Có khả năng giao tiếp thành thạo bằng tiếng anh và tiếng việt - Have leadership skill, Warehouse control/ Có kỹ năng lãnh đạo, quản lý kho - Communication skill, Group working/ , làm việc nhóm - Problem solving skill, decision giving skill/ Có khả năng giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh, có khả năng đưa ra quyết định. - Ability to instruct operator, enthusiastic and communicative with co-workers and supervisors/ Có năng lực hướng dẫn công nhân, nhiệt tình cởi mở.
