In order to visually demonstrate the wonderful lines and details of the home it is my recommendation to have your home professionally staged. I will personally pay for the first three hours. If you decide you need more time, the stager will be happy to work with you and bill you directly.

4) Yard Sign

Still considered one of the most effective tools to market your home, with your permission we will install a Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty signature sign.

We will open your home to our agents following our Monday morning office meeting. With over 150 agents in a single office, we sell many properties on Monday mornings.

It could be a (PERSONALIZE) Tour or a Great Buys Tour but we have found that holding homes open in targeted areas within specific categories on our website attracts buyers in greater numbers. I have a history of getting the right group of buyers to open houses offered to the general public through our open house tiles on our Website.

We will develop an entire website with a url dedicated to your property.

Social Media

We will create a new market video on your home and post it to our Update Dallas blog and Facebook to all key agents with new properties. We will make a video, and put it on YouTube and will not only use Facebook but also Twitter to announce your property. We will partner your house with lifestyle stories to attract maximum attention.

ECard

ECards are a tool that we use to send out property announcements to agents that specialize in your areas. I will develop and send out these cards periodically making announcements about your home.

Direct mail

I have a direct mail list of over (ADD NUMBER) people that I mail to regularly announcing new homes on the market and Solds. I have found these very effective and will do a mailer announcing your home on the market. I use targeted lists with creative messaging.

I will also do a direct mail piece to all of the families from (AN EXAMPLE FOR A HOME, NEED TO PERSONALIZE) and outlying areas, as I believe that is another target market for us.

In conjunction with our targeted México relocation division I will display your home on our Spanish website www.laenergiadedallas.org.
