FIELD OF APPLICATION: Offices, EDPs, control rooms, laboratories and any other industrial application with light/medium load requirements.

APPLICATION NOTES:- A regular subfloor is necessary;- The base must be glued to the subfloor (with poliuretanic and conductive one component glue);

- The height adjustment nut must be locked by using a few drops of thread locking glue.

Pedestal low configuration

BASE: 2 mm thick galvanized steel plate, diameter 90 mm, with 8 radial stiffening ribs, two of which are provided with a hole to fix a self-tapping screw (M5) in case of fastening to the slab. The base is coupled with a diameter 14 mm galvanized steel threaded rod (type M14).

COLUMN: 3 mm thick galvanized steel head, diameter 90 mm, with 4 series of notches, coupled with a 25 mm galvanized steel tube 1.5 mm thick, with a M14 internally threaded galvanized steel rod which fits into the pedestal base’s rod.

HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT: obtained by screwing/unscrewing the base’s threaded rod into the column. Locking is obtained by use of a thread locking glue (one component adhesive).

NOTE: the above mentioned components are supplied already assembled (thread locking glue excluded).

Subtructure

MPC

FIELD OF APPLICATION: Offices, EDPs, control rooms, laboratories and any other industrial application with heavy load requirements.

APPLICATION NOTES:- A regular subfloor is necessary;- For over 600mm height, base glueing is recommended (one component conductive poliurethane adhesive);

- Earthing by means of connections every 30 m2.

Pedestal low configuration

BASE: 2 mm thick galvanized steel plate, diameter 90 mm, with 8 radial stiffening ribs, two of which are provided with a hole to fix a self-tapping screw (M5) in case of fastening to the slab. The base is coupled with a diameter 14 mm galvanized steel threaded rod (type M14).

COLUMN: 3 mm thick galvanized steel head, diameter 90 mm, with 4 series of notches, coupled with a 25 mm galvanized steel tube 1.5 mm thick, with a M14 internally threaded galvanized steel rod which fits into the pedestal base’s rod.

HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT: obtained by screwing/unscrewing the base’s threaded rod into the column. Locking is obtained by use of a thread locking glue (one component adhesive).

NOTE: the above mentioned components are supplied already assembled (thread locking glue excluded).

Pedestal high configuration

BASE: 2 mm thick galvanized steel plate, diameter 90 mm, with 8 radial stiffening ribs, two of which are provided with a hole to fix a self-tapping screw (M5) in case of fastening to the slab. The base is coupled with a diameter 14 mm galvanized steel threaded rod (type M14)..

COLUMN: 3 mm thick galvanized steel head, diameter 90 mm, with 4 series of notches, coupled with a 25 mm galvanized steel tube 1.5 mm thick, tapered on one end to fit into the pedestal base’s rod.

HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT: obtained by a galvanized steel nut provided with 6 male notches for self-locking with the female notches on the column.

NOTE: the above mentioned components are supplied in two separate packings, assembled as follows: - Base + adjusting nut; - Column (head + tube).

Components valid for both low and high configuration

STRINGER: galvanized steel omega closed section tube, height 33 mm, large 35 mm (40 mm on the base side), 1.2 mm thickness, supplied in two sizes: 560 e 1800 mm.

STRINGER GASKET: 1 mm thick black conductive extruded polyethylene C shaped.

GUARNIZIONE A CROCE: 2 mm thick black conductive extruded polyethylene C shaped, with electrical resistance 104 ohms.

HEAD GASKET: 3 mm thick black conductive polyethylene with electrical resistance 104 ohms.

FIXING SCREW: self-tapping galvanized steel M5.

FIXING PLATE: 1.5 mm thick galvanized steel plate.

DESCRIPTION

MPC structure is available in two basic configurations:

1 - With nominal height 75, 80, 100, e 125 mm (low configuration);

2 - With nominal height from 140 a 150, a 1025 mm (high configuration).

Configuration

Galvanized steel plate, diameter 90 mm, with 8 radial stiffening ribs, two of which are provided with a hole to fix a self-tapping screw (M5) in case of fastening to the slab. The base is coupled with a 68 or 100 mm height M14 threaded rod complete of M14 adjustment nut, on which is laid a squared tube 25x25 mm of different height, tapered to fit into the threated rod. On top of the column the stringers are installed through Nesite joint method.

Components

BASE: Galvanized steel plate, diameter 90 mm, with 8 radial stiffening ribs, two of which are provided with a hole to fix a self-tapping screw (M5) in case of fastening to the slab. The base is coupled with a 68 or 100 mm height M14 threaded rod complete of M14 adjustment nut.

COLUMN: 25 x 25 mm galvanized steel squared tube, tapered to fit into the pedestal M14 base’s rod.

HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT: obtained by a galvanized steel nut provided with 6 male notches for self-locking with the female notches on the column.

FIXING PLATE: made of galvanized steel, specially shaped to be laid on top of the column and fix the stringers.

FIXING SCREW: self-tapping galvanized steel M5.

STRINGER: galvanized steel open U section 34 x 25 x 1.2 mm, specially shaped for fastening into the squared column.

STRINGER GASKET: 1.0 mm thick black self-extinguishing extruded polyethylene C shaped.

CROSS GASKET: 2.0 mm thick black conductive polyethylene with electrical resistance ≤104 ohms. It self- locates onto the cross of the stringers.

TERMINAL STRINGER: galvanized steel open U section 32.5 x 22-25 x 1.2 mm, specially shaped to be fastened onto the squared column and be inserted into a cut stringer. It is commonly used on the perimeter of the structure.

SPECIAL SUPPORT FOR GRILL: galvanized steel open U section, 28 x 14 mm, 1 mm thick, 100 mm long, meccanically fixed to the column.

DESCRIPTION

SSH structure is available with nominal height from 110 to 900 mm (high configuration).
