Take advantage of huge spending on infrastructure Don’t lose any opportunity to raise the gender issues Think both women and men Choose technological options which will create themost

jobs for both women and men, and those which will generate maximum benefits

Don’t stop at needs assessment or design stage: IMPLEMENT.
