The Medicare Shared Savings Program aims to encourage coordination and cooperation among providers to improve the quality of care, and reduce unnecessary costs for Medicare fee for service patients. Participation in this program presents practices with unique opportunities and challenges. This panel brings together practice executives representing medical groups currently participating in the Medicare ACO program to share their experiences to date. Panelists will share their insights about Medicare ACOs, and participants will gain a deeper understanding of the prospects and challenges of this program.

• Understand the varied experiences from current Medicare ACO participants.
• Identify opportunities and challenges of participating as a Medicare ACO.
