Megafauna vs Bureaucracy In a previous stories I have explored the debunking confiscation of what is now, farmers

forester fisherman managed land on the pretext “livestock with hard hooves is exotic to Australia”, when in fact the people making these grandstanding statements, often from the halls of Government, the tag along environmental lobby groups, and bureaucratic

membership you could not jump over, is dismissed as mere fiction from just a tiny time of research. Many are British and European migrants with a very high opinion of their social standing and

expertise before they leave the boat or institutes of indoctrination. I believe they are embarking on a process I now refer to as “Terra Nullus II”, land and water grab national and marine parks locked up for their agendas with lip service at best

consulting with the Australian people. International treaties working outside national sovereignty signed off without notification

or substantiation and legitimised by retrospective domestic legislation to the advantage of boffins and bureaucrats, never the taxpaying public or environment starved butchered and burnt, to drive funding streams with job creation on systemic policy failure sabotaging the security of biodiversity, food production, water, forests, farms, fisheries, discriminating

against displaced rural minorities conducting essential eco-services primarily on a voluntary basis.

TERRA NULLUS I

We learnt at school Joseph Banks was with James Cook credited with discovery of Australia up to 850,000 years after Homo erectus and up to 60,000 years after Homo sapiens Aboriginals.

The “Royal Society” young gun Joseph Banks joined that society in 1766 as any aristocratic academic class should and had a need to hire James Cook with his ship the “Endeavour” for a 10,000 English pound junket to Tahiti to observe the eclipse of the sun and Venus as you do

when life in the greenhouses of London is a bit slow for a bloke interested in the genteel pursuit of botany and plant collecting. Television or computer games had not been invested then for those with a spare 10,000 pounds.

On the way home from Tahiti Joseph’s shopping list included exploring the east coast of the great south land. Dab hand navigator James Cook found “New Holland” - “New South Wales” that later became Australia in April 1770.

Cook and Banks became famous in history books by claiming Australia for Britain on a technicality - Terra Nullus (“inhabited but not settled”), some say it was an act of grand

larceny. Utilising a similar legal loophole, Bank removed for his collection without need to seek permission, a few specimens from botany prepared by accompanying Daniel Solander, a Carl

Linnaeus apostle. Banks was happy to take credit and kudos for Daniels painstaking work. Interestingly, Banks described what he saw sailing past the east coast as being “neither suitable for crop nor cow”, quite a significant statement for when he returned to civilized

London to reinstate the high life that included becoming Royal Society President for 41 years (1778-1820) he was comfortable being “resident expert on Australia,” to King George III concerning all colonial Australian matters, appointments of governors, the sheep industry,

and a good place to dump convicts from 1788. After 60 years of the British Parliaments iniquitous tax system and the convict trade subsidising Britain’s social inequalities and reluctance for social reform the European

Americans were growing tired. The American war of Independence settled this in 1785.

Australia became a good destination for defeated military personnel and other troublesome bureaucrats in addition to convicted convicts as labour units and propagation of currency lads and lassies.

Over 80% of the 162,000 convicts sent to Australia 1788-1868 were landless petty thieves racked by famine, unemployment, and poverty. There was no social security, housing, clothing or food for the poor unemployed.

Britain’s landed aristocracy were embarking on mechanisation and industrialisation at the time unemployment growing and to 1858 only 1 in 5 British males could vote if they owned property. The working classes did not own property, women were not allowed own property

and could not vote until 1928. Democracy was adopted in Greece 508BC about 2400 years previous. Social reform moves slowly in Government.

MEGAFAUNA MYTH BUSTING & RELEVANT HUMAN EVOLUTION

Back to the megafauna myth-busting, however the Terra Nullus story is an interesting view on the behaviour of academic aristocracy with some wonder if it still applies to the character set and selected following.

Megafauna have been an essential part of ecologies across the world for about 290M years. First the role played by mammal like reptile growing to 5 metres in height and when they died out in the Pangaea mass extinction event 250M years ago. Recovery 20M later, dinosaur

emerged to accomplish the same role as fire fighters to enhance biodiversity security and offering eco-services to vegetation, trampling lawns spreading spore, soil biota, nutrient recycling and distribution.

Co-evolution and interdependence with plant evolution and adaption to land life, dinosaur grew to 100 tonnes each, serious tree trimmers and trampling devices for litter prepared for cool fire with stimulatory additions of smoke products, detoxified nutrients made available and biochar.

Australia, even at high southern latitudes (75’S-45’S) between 300-70M years, had herds of the 100 tonne dinosaur in the warmer regions and smaller seeing in the dark, hibernating

and burrowing models in the deep south of Gondwana. Dinosaur died out in a mass extinction event 65M years ago possibly an asteroid collision.

In other lands there was a 5M year recovery for mega mammals to resume the role of megafauna from 60M years ago. There was no imperative for Australia to generate a ground dwelling megafauna until the landmass moved sufficiently north from breaking away from

Antarctica about 45M years ago to about 20M years ago when a drying climate generated grasslands taking up areas vacated by a receding temperate rainforest. For all the tree huggers out there living in wooden houses and writing missives on paper

thinking humanity is the only rainforest destroying agent cut down to grow soya beans for vegetarians then humanity arose from the emergence of grasslands in Africa and recession of rainforest dare I say it through “climate change” where apes left the trees learning to walk on two rather than four legs only about 4.4M years ago, long after rainforest began their

disappearance. Old world (Africa Eurasia) monkeys became apes, when they left the trees to walk upright on

land they became humans by definition. Primates can be traced back at least 70M years to small insignificant insect eating animals trying to avoid the tree trimming trampling herds of 100 tonne dinosaur.

CONTINENTAL DRIFT BIODIVERSITY & CLIMATE CHANGE HISTORY

As a matter of getting continental drift and climate change into perspective over the last 45M

years, Australia has moved north. Where southern Australia is now was once where northern

Australia used to be, chugging back towards the tropics at about 6 centimetres a year.

What is now east coast of Australia 510M years ago was 30’N of the equator, Western

Australia was then sitting on end on the equator. There was no plant or animal life on land

other than perhaps rock dissolving fungi.

Plants life began on land 430M years ago. First fires by 410M years ago, first forests 375M

years ago, first animals insects by 362M years ago, amphibian by 360M years ago.

Australia was heading south 370M years ago and remained where it is now, by 300-70M

years ago aligned adjacent to Antarctica with what is now ‘east coast’ lying 75’S, west coast

45’S during 300-70M years period. Single land mass Pangeae and Gondwana formed and

broke up during 250-45M years ago.

RETURNING TO RECENT EVOLUTION MEGAFAUNA & HUMAN

Tough stuff for vegetarian human ancestors they died out about 1.5M years ago as a failed genetic experiment unable to adapt to the climate change challenge with a small brain

incapable of desirable innovations or capacity for speech. Bulky no brainers died out where the smaller omnivore scavengers of meat, milk, eggs, birds, insects, lizards, frogs, fish etc. as well as eating fruits, roots, leaves, nuts grass seed, survived and thrived. Omnivorous diet

saw human ancestral species survive the 20 odd glacial cycles over the last 2M years, grow bigger brains capable of speech, cooperation and innovation. Behaviours of caring for underdeveloped young required for big heads when being born to

pass successfully through a pelvis modified for upright walking, has also led to the survival of those people reluctant to leave the trees and eat things other than plants. Subsidised survival by kind omnivores.

Each to their own, because you work for the Government don’t make being homosexual or vegetarianism, compulsory. Australians (95%) are by choice and affluence, eat meat, eggs, fish, milk generously provided by largely domesticated farmed megafauna. In exchange for

assisted feeding, housing, protection, water supply, medication, megafauna selectively harvested in return, feed a lot of the 7 Billion people across the world today. Converting weather damaged grain and course herbage into food. Of the 15 Billion hectares

of land across the globe, of 33Billion hectares of ocean, 3.2Billion hectares of land is used for agriculture or 32% of land. A major portion, or 23% of farmed land is used for pasture raising sheep, cattle, goats, camel, yaks, water buffalo, horses, donkey, deer, llama, alpaca…

providing food, fibre, computerised and solar tractive power. Migratory megafauna are a mobile food source and a land husbandry mechanism that has been in place for 290M years.

Humanity has fed off megafauna for a mere 4.4Million years, firsts as scavengers of dog and cat kills, occasional primate skirmishes ending in cannibalism, then became self reliant hunters then recently farmers from about 10,500 years ago.

Hunting tools, sticks spears, stone spear heads, boomerangs, woomera, sea shell fish hooks and fish nets, traps using fire to help hunting, cooking, smoke preservation, tool making were all innovations over time to explore a greater habitat and access more foods. Boats,

guns, radar, irrigation, ploughs, clay pot storage, refrigeration, transport facilitate food access.

THE MEGAFAUNA LAWN, POOH POWERED BIODIVERSITY ENHANCEMENT

The “megafauna lawn” phenomenon is recognised by the boffins and gang green in government as biodiversity “hot spots” however they do not understand their origin or

significance. I won’t comment on the development of human intellectual potential occurring as a result of

an omnivorous diet and recognition of migratory megafauna enhancing habitat to attract and enhance biodiversity. Stock(wo)men across the world know about the finer details of plant, animal, soil, climate, interactions and interdependence so I will take time to bring our government staff up to date so they can make factual informed correct decisions on the

behalf of the people rather than following the out of touch and increasingly irrelevant each passing generation educational institutions indoctrination fully. Those calling themselves environmentalists recruit gullible conscripts from our schools,

teachers, universities and research institutions to peddle their doctrine. Catch them young, preferably from our cities to become battery hen raised like Hitler Youth undergoing social bonding as volunteering tree planting on Government grants.

MEGAFAUNA POSITIVE IMPACT OF DISTURBANCE

Amongst the research scientists being funded independently and under the radar to see what

advantages turn up, are those identifying megafauna such as elephants, rhino and hippo in Africa, where humanity dispersed from, as megafauna having interactions with other

species of plants and animals in a positive sense with their bulky capacity to

disturb which for biodiversity gurus wanting to obstruct change and manipulate society on the pretext of caring for the biodiversity by denying disturbance and opportunity. Yes biodiversity contradictory to indoctrination thrives on disturbance creating opportunity

and spectrum of niches. Disturbances scorned by boffins include cool fire, clearing, grazing, browsing. Brumbies, camel, deer, goats, sheep, cattle, water buffalo on the helicopter gunship hit list

for burping farting bacterial digestion not dissimilar to other vegetarians. You exterminate the megafauna so you can reap fossil fuel carbon off sets to run your

helicopter hit gadget. CHILDREN TEACH SCIENTISTS POWERS OF OBSERVATION

Megafauna such as elephants have been reported to create complex habitat attractive to birds, frogs, reptile, smaller mammals, palatable plants that shun competition and or fire. While Asian elephants finding themselves unemployed in the Sri Lankan timber industry

because of largely animal welfare claims so international timber companies can provide industrial gadgetry replacements largely beyond the scope of local ownership. Local children have educated and persuaded scientists to look into elephant dung and reflect.

Well these elephants provide dung loved by at least 3 species of local frogs. These frogs feast on insects, microflora, fungi, bacteria, arthropods thriving on the hot composted nutrient source gathered, processed and dispersed by up to 9 tonnes of elephant

eating the equivalent of over 12 bales of hay a day (25kg x12) or about 300kg dry weight of vegetation.

MORE MEGAFAUNA ACTIVITY MORE HABITAT MORE BIODIVERSITY

Researchers in Africa at no surprise to stockmen, have found in high activity areas elephant attract 18 species of frogs and reptile and medium activity areas 11-12 species of frog and

reptile were living. In areas fenced off from elephants only 8 species of frogs and reptile persist.

Charles Darwin reported to the Royal Society back in 1860 “fence off the cattle from a biodiverse heathland” therefore we see it still today replaced by an impenetrable fir thicket and monoculture that is biodiversity converted to bushfire fire hazard.

Elephants are animals that live in small matriarchal herds of aunts, daughters, mothers and their young, bull and bachelor groups all come together in large herds to migrate to new far off feeding grounds in response to weather patterns, seeking of water and vegetation abundance.

Africa used to have about 5 Million elephants, most plains species with fewer smaller forest elephant species. Today there is estimated to be about 0.5 Million elephants left in Africa as

the extreme end of living terrestrial megafauna. They are poached rather heavily for bush meat and tusks ivory. In some war affected countries, elephant numbers are severely affected by ivory sales underpinning the war effort.

Elephants are capable to prune, rip out, bulldoze trees and shrubs thinning vegetation to encourage grasses and herbs or lawns, provide thoroughfare for smaller species and mitigate against hot fire. Areas of high activity encourage frogs and reptile abundance and diversity. Birds and smaller mammals flock and follow elephant migrations.

African plains elephants are adapting to grass eating over the last 7.4 Million years but retain their browsing option. They are excellent swimmers enjoying life in swamps. When seasonal rains cut out they migrate to fresh areas.

Megafauna dung creates “biodiversity hotspots” fed and bred on recycled redistributed nutrients and moisture. An adult elephant drinks about 200 gallons of water a day.

Elephants create complex attractive habitats enhance and increase both complexity and abundance of biodiversity.

In Australia water catchments boffins engineered horror damage fiction locking out our

megafauna brumbies, cattle, sheep, water buffalo and camel who create pugs around water points to feed and breed tadpole that perform the same service of the African elephant. South Africa alone has 130 species of frogs thriving in the presence of chytrid fungus.

Mammalian urine is a tonic for the production of phytoplankton and zooplankton which feed tadpole and other aquatic life.

Plants thrive on the correct ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium applied by mammalian urine and faeces. Salt in the water enhances frog resistance to chytrid infections. Australia has 240 species of frogs, one must wonder how exotic chytrid fungus now

mysteriously infects 70 species across the nation since the 1980s when chytrid fungus arrived with African frogs used for Australian laboratory work from the 1930s. What can frog boffins tell us about how the infection spread so mysteriously, so

widely, so rapidly?

Demands for agricultural land brings migratory megafauna herds into conflict when they raid,

trample crops and pastures seeing them fenced from more areas and less likely to freely migrate over borders of different African nations. Restricting migrations leads to localised over stocking and land not being able to rest and rejuvenate effectively. The world once had about 160 species of elephant.

The Asian elephant, being the closest living relatives of the extinct woolly mammoths and the American mastodon, were key stone browser fire fighter retaining the open spruce forests. Over the last 10-15 Million years African elephants have moved on variously from

browsers to mixed feeders of grass. They live in scrub lands, grasslands, to also being swamp dwellers.

Denying ecologies disturbance reduces biodiversity, fencing out megafauna from vegetation coevolving and interdependent with animal activities.

The elephant has been variously domesticated over the last several thousand years

protected, bred, fed, watered, housed and pampered by communities reliant on if not worshipping their tractive power. They have been used for war, transport of rulers, building and construction, timber getting, towing circus wagons, circus performances, zoo specimens, now seconded to tourist curiosities once being made unemployed from timber industries by

largely sensationalised unsubstantiated animal welfare claims and greedy gadget salesmen. The global tourism set renowned coincidently for a high profile among environmentalist and

animal rights activism and we wonder if they work for animals or their own commercial agendas of exclusive access for which community has to pay the control freaks and power brokers wanting control over the people and their biodiversity, land, water, crops, animals, economics……...

Elephants domesticated, bred, fed, educated, employed, pampered, worshipped and mourned.

Commercial, industrial, mechanisation and gadgetry is trying to declare megafauna

unemployed with the aid of agenda driven animal welfarists lobby bullies portraying people

that employ animals labour for exchange of protection, food, water, housing, medication as

exploitive and cruel.

Unemployment is not?

Greed by a self righteous minority to dominate the world’s resources

manipulated by deception is acceptable?

Megafauna are being made extinct to make room for fossil fuel ferals, city carbon off sets. Burps and farts of cattle, camel traded for city centric gadgetry, coal fired electricity, archaic transport systems…… Stockmen and their animals culled, marginalised, vilified, misrepresented.

TERRA NULLUS II LAND & WATER GRAB, MINING BIODIVERSITY

In Australia stockmen are being removed from their leasehold land and squeezed from

freehold land covering biodiversity, minerals, coal, gas, in the way of subdivision, expressway, powerline, gas or water pipelines or other agenda targeting rural minorities today in a process referred to as Terra Nullus II.

Land and water grab by the self styled aristocracy to feed their greed.

Aboriginal people were dispossessed because unlike Joseph Banks, James Cook, and the

Royal Society boffins of London, they did not occupy permanent dwellings or have availability to trade silk, porcelain, spices, gold, furs…….whale and seal oil, wool, hemp, cotton, tobacco or other valuable commodities.

Farmers, foresters, fishermen, minority rural communities are now the targets for misrepresentation, trivialising, down grading, marginalising, manipulation in order to acquire

untruthfully the products of their labours.

Is it gruella war with words not guns?

AUSTRALIAN ECOLOGY OBSERVED TO WELCOME MEGAFAUNA RETURN

Joseph Banks was a party to sending naval officer Governor Phillip to Botany Bay with 11 ships 15,063 miles away to where orders were to use 1000 convicts to start a penal colony growing hemp and flax for the British navy.

Botany Bay even today has no fresh water or fertile soil but it does have an airport and oil refinery. Well done boffin.

While the Sydney colony endured starvation and poverty Banks was living the London high life as Royal Society President, advisor to the king, payment for his contributions, 750 or more convicts were sent to Gambia where they died of tropical disease and poverty similar to that from whence they came. Land locked and expensive to run Sydney was a basin were

the exit over the cliffs of the Blue Mountains took 25 years to navigate. The Hawksbury river subject to flash floods without warning was wide and treacherous to cross. When finally navigated, a local Aboriginal girl was asked which way would she go to

cross the Blue Mountains to which she replied “I’d take the shortcut!” Boffins were too expert to include the locals.

Today you do not get council workers even with all their industrial gadgets to compare with a crew of 30 convicts making 101 miles of road over the Blue Mountains in 1813 with manual

for their freedom. Livestock of the colony were emancipated from drought, flood and famine, bureaucratic manipulation and soon followed, heading down the old diprotodon, procoptodon migratory

routes reinstating the megafauna lawns vacated for 30,000 to 6,000 years. These are our farmers travelling stock routes now being coveted by boffins for confiscation of biodiversity corridors collecting on migratory routes and backed by international treaty and global

junkets. Few Australians were consulted about this land grab they are funding and subsidise. MEGAFAUNA MORE POWERFUL THAN MONGRELS

Stockmen tailing their flocks of sheep, herds of horses and cattle, across the Australian landscape observed an awakening of the ecology not fully achieved by only a sophisticated burning regime by Aboriginal people and lightening ignitions where the ideal vegetation spacing was retained for biodiversity abundance and beneficial cool fire effects to dominate.

Boffins today deny both megafauna activities and cool fire to Australian ecologies providing vital eco-services because those boffins appear to be inconvenienced by smoke, not their

own making, and animal pooh on their bushwalks or the thought of pooh reaching their drinking water. Just 3 litres a day each in the 250-900 litres a day city people demand and use.

That whopping water consumption does not include the food they eat, rain fed and irrigation finished out there dislocated off the scenic high rainfall zone reserved for yuppies, bureaucratic commuters lifestyle rural blocks and beach houses. Most powerbrokers have

concerns about intimidation by animals bigger than they are, and smarter. How do they manipulate megafauna to work for mongrels? Horses that care for small children, buck idiots off or bolt from them. Cattle ignore people they have no respect for and run away. Sheep never forget a face for their lifetime. Faces of good people they respect, idiots and their dogs

they avoid as much as possible. GANG GREEN SABOTAGE THE SUPERIOR INTELLIGENCE OF SHEEP

Conservationists environmentalists in America and Australia have been offended at being outwitted by the superior intelligence of sheep who have therefore been targeted for sabotage. Fed to bears, mountain lion, wolves, coyote, dingo harboured naturalised

especially for the purpose under the pretext of “looking after biodiversity” of course. In fact the undermining of sheep raising has really been about water corporate monopolies, tree plantation investments, cotton barons, synthetic fibre and multi billion dollar fashion

market ripping off teenagers, beef dominance, oil and coal barons, commercialising dehabited wilderness tourism orchestrating access to public assets and more recently the carbon off set cranks on the $100+B climate change junket taking over where the Y2K bug

left off as a trial on global human gullibility. There is a a number of globe trotting organisations scrutinising rangeland and alpine grazing of sheep and goats in particular, tooling up for a bad press campaign globally as flocks and

stockmen are being mysteriously fed to predators likely geared to displace shepherds and set up the ubiquitous paying wilderness tours for yuppies. DOMESTICATION OF MEGAFAUNA STEMMED ICE AGE EXTINCTIONS

Sheep and goats were after dogs the first species to be domesticated for their gifts of milk, then fibre and meat when their time is done. They have become the poor mans symbiotic

friend where stockmen have worked very hard over 10,500 years to protect breed, feed and water their sheep and goats, guarded from over hunting and exploitation by others not as generous or attentive to future need.

Investigators agree megafauna extinction of the last emergence from the ice age glacial 25,000-12,000 years ago domestication was the progression that halted over hunting and loss of species for various other reasons not related to human activities. Sheep and goats were protected from famine, thirst, dislocation temperature extremes, imbalance of

predators by their shepherds. BIG SPECIES DIE OUT, FORESTS & UNPALATABLE SCRUB CLOSES IN

Over the last 20-30 Million years a drying climate has led to the reduction in rainforest and this replaced by opportunistic fast growing grasses going through their lifecycle rapidly and setting seed. Annuals lay dormant as seed until the rains return. Perennials die off in the

tops, shut down moisture loss and channel energy stores into the roots waiting to the return of favourable growing conditions. Dense scrub and tree stands out compete each other for moisture, nutrients, sunlight and

also die from intense fire. Megafauna graze off the seed and cart it off to distant areas and deposit it in bare spaces cultivated by trampling hooves to incubate pelleted in soil biota, moist dung and fertilizer. The gang green megafauna haters know about weed distribution of

livestock but just happen to omit talking about the beneficial plants spread by megafauna, like the wildflowers used as propaganda props to justify their confiscation of farms, forests, fisheries.

This a classic megafauna lawn created and rekindled by sheep and cattle in the Victorian Alps

of Australia from the evolution of these flowers with the marsupial and dinosaur megafauna over the last 130 Million years. The flowers display has been rendered futile as the megafauna have been locked out, they

are denied harvest and relocation of seed, fertilizer, essential soil biota, boffins, experts and environmental lobbyists appear to have misled the people. Is it a coincidence publicly funded boffins want stockmen and livestock removed so

unfettered they can conduct commercial schools, tours and research as unchallenged experts?

The only knowledge base to work off is their select science funded by bureaucrats for bureaucrats. Megafauna lawns producing biodiversity hotspots remain a mystery from which Brumbies are

removed shot or trapped for slaughter “to protect biodiversity” it is said. Take away the

megafauna the hot spots die starved, butchered, burnt. The official Government map shows

15 areas biodiversity hotspots indicated by the royal purple haze. Note - since the Australian southern alps have been destocked 1969-2003, filled with naturalised exotic dingo, mulched and burnt, biodiversity has gone.

Stockmen families led the wildlife, wildflower recovery and secured sweet clean reliable abundant flows of water are devastated at what several decades or less mismanagement can

achieve. They now know what experts mean by “exploitation” and “over burning.”

CONFISCATION DISLOCATION LEGISLATION TERRA NULLUS II

Take away the megafauna by policy, guns, bad press campaigns, lies, misrepresentation,

deception and other means, the ecology will die. The flowers, palatable grasses, insects, frogs, fish, reptile, small mammals, birds, all disappear starved, butchered, burnt for the delivery of Terra Nullus II. Ski club science collecting data points monitoring, viewing and

documenting the fascination of the predictable disappearance of wildflowers from policies of deprivation by conservation environmentalist’s abuse from their privileged taxpayer funded public paid positions.

The consequences of destocking the Australian alps is a bitter salvation long term where ecologies are denied their lifeline of frequent superficial biologically beneficial cool fire and megafauna activities for the first time in combination for up to 290-410M years.

Mountains of mulch and the smoke free vista installed for commercial advantage of cheap city water, ski resort yuppies, international treaties signed of by boffins and globe trotting bureaucrats while the people of Australia generally were not consulted about these

agreements working outside national laws and legislation installed retrospectively to comply. The industries of engineered disaster access public funds and assets exclusively.

Remove the megafauna, mulch the mountains, wait for a drought summer inferno and the

wildflowers disappear. Abundance and variety. Gone too is the food for insects, birds, mammals, reptile….
