Memory Recall Seminar
Implications of research for pupil and teacher learning - Memory With James Siddle
James is the Director of Kyra Research School and the Head teacher at
St Margaret’s CE Primary School in Lincolnshire. Working with colleagues at
the EEF and the Research School network, James produced core national
programmes in memory and the science of learning and evaluation as well
training on curriculum design and the teaching of vocabulary. James has led
several teacher-led randomised control trials in an effort to answer some of
the pressing questions teachers make on a day to day basis. He is also
currently working with Lincoln University and the Wellcome Trust to develop
an evidence-based support programme in Science for newly qualified
teachers.
