Milestone One:

1. Perform a Client Refresh of the DEV, QAS and PREPRD clients using the PRD client.

2. a) Assess and identify the problems across the SAP landscape; and

b) Document a resolutionapproach and secure approval from ICTD to execute.

3. Analyze the excessive database buffer growth and statistics in all clients across the SAP landscape.

4. Analyze, identify and remove old unrequired logs across the SAP landscape.

Milestone Two:

1. Examine the databases across the SAP landscape to identify space critical objects.

2. Assess the database growth and develop a plan for storage requirement over a five (5) year period.

3. Analyze CPU load and memory usage across all instances on the landscape.

4. Implement the approved recommendations proposed from the Milestone One Item 2 (b).

Milestone Three:

1. Review and redesign the present SAP Infrastructure to support the separation of database and application services. Perform an implementation of the new design on the new infrastructure (hardware and operating system) using the existing SAP Quality Assurance (QAS) and Development (DEV) Systems

2. Review and redesign the present SAP Infrastructure to support the separation of database and application services. Perform a production environment implementation of the new design on a new infrastructure (hardware and operating system) using the existing SAP Production (PRD) System

3. Design and implement a High Availability SAP System on similar hardware as the Production System in the same location as the primary system ensuring that the system is protected against any downtime due to unexpected failures (hardware/network/software)

4. Design and implement a Business Continuity Plan for the SAP System on similar hardware as the Production System (at the HQ) at a secondary location (or the disaster recovery site in Lagos). Plan, document, implement and test a

refresh plan for ensuring that this DR Site contains up to date information as the primary site.

5. Establish server infrastructure maintenance program for patch updates and required upgrades for sustainability.

6. Train FIRS staff to provide first level support for the new SAP Infrastructure.
