A Userʼs Guide to Mobile Mojo

Getting StartedTo use Mobile Mojo you must first download the application from the App Store. Mobile Mojo can be downloaded from the App Store using your iPhone or iPod touch, or you can download it using iTunes on your computer.

To download using your iPhone or Pod touch:1.Go to the App Store.2.Search on the app title Mobile Mojo.3.Touch the Free button.4.Touch the Install button.5.Enter your iTunes credentials if prompted.

Once downloaded you will see the icon for Mobile Mojo. Touch this icon to launch the application.

Note: You must have an active account with Mojo Sells to use Mobile Mojo.

Signing InYou must provide your email address and password the first time you use Mobile Mojo. You will not be asked to do this again unless your password has changed. Touch the “Need an account?” link if you do not have an active account.

To sign in:1.Touch the email area and enter your email address.2.Touch the password area and enter your password.3.Touch the Go button.

Home ScreenAfter signing into Mobile Mojo you will see the Home screen. The Home screen gives you access to your contact lists as well as short cuts to the Hot Lead, Warm Lead, Cold Lead, and Customers lists. You also access the Triple Dialer from the Home screen.

To view your contact lists, touch the My List button.

To view the Hot Lead list touch the Hot Lead button.

To view the Warm Lead list touch the Warm Lead button.

To view the Cold Lead list touch the Cold Lead button.

To view the Customers list touch the Customers button.

To launch the Triple Dialer, touch the Triple Dialer button.

Contact ListThe contact list will display each contact within the list. Touch a contact to see additional details about the contact.

ContactThe contact screen displays additional

information about the contact.

Touch Activities to see the latest contact history and activities. Touch an individual activity to see additional information such as notes associated with the activity.

Touch the Details to see additional information including the address, email, and phone number. Touch the contactʼs phone number to call the number, or touch the email address to send the contact an email message.

You can view the next contact by swapping your finger to the left, and you can view the previous contact by swapping to the right.

Triple Dialer SetupThe Triple Dialer allows you to call up to 3 contacts at the same time. This works by using simultaneous voice and data connections on your iPhone. Your phone must be registered with Mojo Sells for the Triple Dialer to work.

To use the Triple Dialer:1.Touch the Triple Dialer button on the Home Screen.2.Touch and select the number of lines, up to 3 lines.3.Touch and select the callerid.4.Touch and select the call list.5.Touch and select the time zone.6.Touch the Connect button.

When you touch the Connect button a message will be displayed telling you to wait for the Mojo Dialer to call you. Soon after you will receive an incoming call from the Mojo Dialer.

Triple Dialer SessionAfter you touch the Connect button you will be

asked to wait for the Mojo Dialer to call you. Soon after you will

receive an incoming phone call. Answer the call. This will cause Mobile Mojo to exit so you will need to relaunch it while on the phone.

To start a Tripe Dialer Session:1.Touch the Triple Dialer button on the Home Screen.2.Edit the settings.3.Touch the Connect button.4.Wait for the Mojo Dialer to call you.5.Answer the incoming call.6.Touch the Speaker button.7.Touch the Home button on your phone.8.Re-launch Mobile Mojo by touching the app icon.9.Touch the Tripe Dialer button.10.Touch the Start button to start the dialing session.

At any time you can touch the Stop button to stop the session. Touch the End Call button to hang up the Live

Answer call. During a Live Answer call you can touch the

View Contact to see additional contact information, and you can set the call status by touching Set Call Status.

SettingsMobile Mojo has additional configuration

settings available in the Settings app.

Configuration settings include:

•Turn on and off the automatic sign in. Turn off to be prompted for your email and password each time you launch Mobile Mojo. Default is turned on.

•Turn on and off the remember me. This setting is used when the sign in automatically is turned off. When remember me is turned on your email address is automatically entered for you. You only enter the password when launching Mobile Mojo. Default is turned on.

•Turn on and off the Triple Dialer simulator. This is for debugging purposes only. The default is off. You must have this setting

turned off for the Tripe Dialer to work properly.
