Symposium will be held from 27-29 June, 2012 at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ljubljana, Korytkova 2, Ljubljana. The Faculty of Medicine is Slovenian main educational institution in the fields of medicine and dentistry. It is also a leading research institu-tion in the fields of biomedical sciences. Ljubljana is the political and cultural heart of the Slovenian nation. It is an important European commercial, business, exhibition and congressional city as well as transport, scienctific and educational centre of Slovenia.

Participants are invited to submit an abstract presenting their research. Submitting more than one abstract is acceptable. Full guidelines for abstract submission are available on the Symposium website. Abstracts of lectures and posters should be submitted through on-line registration form available at http://ibk.mf.uni-lj.si/molmed2012/registration and will be published in the book of abstracts distributed to all Symposium attendants.

SOCIAL PROGRAMME

The social programme of the Symposium will include a Welcome Reception on June 27th. On June 28th the invited speakers and mem-bers of IBK and MCMB will enjoy a walk through the Old City centre, followed by a boat tour on Ljubljanica river and picnic in Podpeč. Dinner for invited speakers will be held after the closing of the Symposium on June 29th in the medieval ambient of Ljubljana Castle.
