1 BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES

This document describes integration procedure of Jakarta area network into Iforte Metro-E network.

In this portion of this document, it will focus on integration strategy of Batu Ceper to Metro-E Network.

2 SCOPE OF WORK

Implementor team:

- Save configuration

- Back up configuration

- Check the interface that will connected in Network Element

During execution :

- Integrate new Network Element (ALU SR7750 Batu Ceper) to Iforte Metro-E network

After execution :

- Save configuration

- Check the alarm in NE and NMS

- Capture the traffic in cacti after execution (if any)

3 INTEGRATION STRATEGY

In this section we will review the best practice for the integration. Actually there will be no network disruption since the network is protected by northern path of the ring.
