Changing RIC Receiver Options

Inspire Adjustments 1. Click on the Acoustic Options icon 2. Select Change Receiver Matrix 3. Choose Stock or Embedded receiver 4. Select Matrix 5. Click OK to save the changes

Fitting RIC and Custom Mould Order Process 1. Take an impression as if for a CIC device (4 mm past start of second

bend in ear canal if possible). 2. Choose appropriate cable length by holding Measurement Tool snugly to

ear and measure to top of tragus 3. Confirm measurement by placing that size cable on ear 4. Send impression and order form to Starkey Laboratories UK

The Acoustic Configuration selected in the software must match the configuration connected to the device in order to accurately reflect the hearing aid response.
