Streamlined all internal processes, effectively directing departmental and cross-network operations. Created comprehensive brand design guidelines on launch of refreshed broadcast shows and channels, to be implemented company-wide, ensuring uniformity. • Directed the rebrand of Star TV’s marquee Star Sports Network in collaboration with global stakeholders realizing significant viewership increase to become India’s leading sports network and rise to one of Asia’s top five. Efforts resulted in the Mumbai team growing from 50 to 1,500+ and now operates 25 TV networks and three sporting networks in five languages.• Drove the creative direction and executive production for the brand design of India’s premium (now global) video-on demand OTT platform. Hotstar (digital app), an on-the-go live streaming app that covers TV shows, movies, global sporting events, and live news in 17 languages to achieve the rank of India’s most downloaded entertainment app with more than 350M followers.

• Led teams of 20+ personnel as CG Line Producer for Zhu Zhu Pets 3, a major 3D stereoscopic animated theatrical; driving the complete production from digital asset build to final composited delivery while liaising with Cepia LLC, Hollywood.• Managed the overall VFX production for prestigious blockbuster Hollywood films Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon and Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides which made $1.124B and $1.046B respectively.
