The ACTION PLAN

The National Board of Directors recognizes a number of areas that require attention.

With both Board and Operational areas identified, the NBOD can set policy to ensure actions are taken.

The NBOD is responsible for policy (the Road Map) to ensure the future of the Association and the destination in which we desire to reach. The Executive Director is responsible for the delivery of Operational aspects to take the Association to the destination. The ED does this with the cooperation of Staff, National Management team of Governors, National Committees, District Teams and you as members and member clubs to deliver the end product in your community.
