NATURAL PLANNING METHOD

Standard Days Method

Standard days method is 95% effective. Cycle beads are used by women or couples as

guide during fertile days of the woman, to prevent unplanned pregnancy. It is highly

recommended for women that have regular cycle of 26-32 days and also for couplesthat can prevent contact during fertile days.

Lactational Amenorrhea Method

Lactational Amenorrhea Method is 99.5% effective. It stops the ovulation of the woman.

To be effective, the woman must have the following; (1) breastfeeding only, (2) Absence

of regular menstrual cycle, and (3) Baby is under 6 months old.

Basal Body Temperature

This method is 99% effective. To know if the woman is fertile and possible to have

unplanned pregnancy, she must get her body temperature after 3 hours of undisturbed

sleep or more. This method is highly effective for couples that can prevent contactduring fertile days of the woman.

Cervical Mucus Method

Cervical Mucus method is 97% effective. The woman must observe what kind of mucus

is expelling in her vagina to know if she is fertile and possible to be pregnant if contact is

done. It is recommended for couples who can prevent contact during fertile days.

Sympto-Thermal Method

Sympto-thermal method is 98% effective. It is done by observing some of the symptoms

of being fertile of the woman such as, the kind of mucus she have, discomfort at the

hypogastric area and etc. It is recommended for couples who can prevent contact duringfertile days of the woman.
