I choose the dealers satisfaction as a topic for summer intern ship project. The dealer’s satisfaction of Navbharat seeds will give the idea about the whole distribution channel of the company.

To get the idea about the product from the customers is very difficult and we can’t reach to the each customer or farmer to get the feedback about the product. So the prospective source for gathering the required information is the dealers of the product.

With the help of the dealers or with medium of dealer they can reach to the each potential user of the product in the country. So ultimately the dealer’s satisfaction is important for the company or from them only they can get the right feedback about the products because the dealers are directly connected to the customers.
