Outline of OTRS Network Authentication

NETWORK AUTHENTICATION

OTRS Network Authentication Client ■ActivationFill in the EID and the password written in the License Certification to activate and install OTRS in your device.

■Get a LicenseOffline activation is available up to one month

■License Confirm/RevokeReturning of the license allows other devices to activate the software.

Please note, Maintenance Service also requires PO.Without an order, we can not issue the License Certificate for the next year.

Maintenance Service is free for the first 12 months.It should be paid from the second year.

Notes for Network Edition

NOTES

1 Operating EnvironmentThin client computers or virtual PCs are not available.External network is required as well.

2 Model-UPNetwork Edition does not have model-up version.(Model-up: 301 to 401, 401 to 501)

3Dongle Authenticated

DevicesAfter the installation of Network Edition, the dongles authentications fail

4 DeliverablesLicense Certificate is given as deliverables.*Please refer to P.6.

5Software License

Renewal

Renewal is necessary annually to use the software. There is no option to continue using the software without maintenance services. PO is also required.

6Re-entering of

Maintenance ServicesRe-entering of Maintenance Services requires costs for unsubscribed period and retroactive fee. (Same as the dongle type.)

7 TermsAgreement to the terms of Network Edition is required in your first login.

8 Sales in ChinaSelling this Network Edition in China is not allowed due to network securities. Please promote the current dongle-type.
