Matt’s Musings
Dear Church Family,
I'm writing this from Denver, CO. A group of our Westside family of friends is here this week helping our partnering church, Calvary Denver, with their soccer camp.
Will you pray for us to be God's hands and feet this week? If so, here are some things to pray for:
Safety: Pray for God's protection over us as we travel, as we serve in 'interesting' parts of town, and as we lead a soccer camp outside and endure 90 degree weather.
Spiritual effectiveness: Some of our time will be spent with refugees and their children. Pray that God would allows us to share His love with those we serve, that we would look for opportunities to share the Gospel, and that God would do a work in our own lives.
Thank you so much for partnering with us on this mission trip by praying for us.
1 Samuel 12:23 "Moreover, as for me, far be it from me that I should sin against the Lord by ceasing to pray for you, and I will instruct you in the good and the right way.
