INTRODUCTIONNIMED Capital Limited (“NIMED”) is a specialised Investment Banking Firm established by captains of industry with extensive experience which span the local and international terrain by executing major investment banking transactions across telecommunication, real estate, banking & finance, and energy (including oil & gas and power).

The Principals combine extensive knowledge of investment management and advisory services to institutional clients, financial intermediaries, private clients and other investment vehicles to achieve superior risk-adjusted investment returns and provide investment solutions customized for our clients.

§ NIMED was established to operate as Investment Advisors with its core focus on research, funds management and corporate finance. NIMED’s client base spans governments, multinational companies and local corporates.

As a financial analyst and a banker by profession, she holds an MBA in General Management from the University of East London and a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities from the University of Ghana, Legon.

As an ambitious woman with a flair for the financial industry, she joined Zenith bank as a Customer service advisor and was made the head customer service during which she was made to train new recruits and set up the customer service department at new branches. She further moved to relationship management in the year 2007 and built a client base that made her a star marketer for the bank.

With 5 years of experience as a Relationship manager and head of Customer service at Zenith Bank, she moved on to join All-Time Capital as Vice President, Marketing and PDT Development. At All-Time Capital, she successfully built a private and corporate wealth portfolio with her core being client satisfaction.

Prior to working with NIMED, She was the Chief financial Officer for Kariela Oil & Gas Ghana.

MR. VICTOR K. JOHNSONEXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr. Victor Kofi Johnson holds a Masters Degree in International Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree Hons. (Accounting and Finance).

He also holds a Certificate in Financial Derivatives and Investment Administration Qualification (IAQ) and Exchange Trade Derivative certificate in Sage instant accounts. Upon completion of his bachelor’s degree, he joined Marble Dream ventures, Ghana, as an Accounts Assistant in 2001.

In 2002, he joined Solutions Property services, UK, as a Mortgage Administrator. After two years at Solutions Property, Victor moved on to become the Financial Manager of Bloomsfaith & Co. Accountants in London. Looking to broaden his cope in trade financing, he became the OTC Trade investigations and Reconciliation Analyst for JP Morgan Chase (Global Derivatives Services) in London. From 2009 to 2012, Mr. Victor Kofi Johnson worked as an FX Options and derivative Trading, and Data Migration and confirmation Analyst at Barclays Capital (Derivatives) and Noble Group.

With over 12 years of experience in the financial and banking sector, Mr. Victor Kofi Johnson has gained confidence and diligence in finance literate accounts and banking products. He also possesses strong background in derivatives analysis, management and operations, and finance inter-office networking. He is currently the Director of West Africa Business Development for Shems LLP.

MR. JEFFREY KEN. BAIDENCHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER

Mr. Baiden is a successful, skilled and results driven Investment banker who has vast experience in complex financial projects. Having a proven successful track in fund management as well as investment advisory services. Mr. Baiden is currently, the CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER for NIMED CAPITAL LIMITED.

Prior before this position, he was the Head of Pensions and Research at EM Capital Partners Limited and has over five years of extensive expertise in financial advisory and capital raising, portfolio management, pension fund management, equity trading, macroeconomic analysis and reporting covering Ghana, Kenya, Mauritius, Nigeria, Morocco, and Egypt.

Jeffrey worked as a financial analyst with Frontline Capital Advisors Limited (FCA) and also served a stint with Ecobank Development Corporation (EDC) as an investment and fund management trainee.

The exposure he got from local and international operations equipped him with the ability to analyze and comprehend seemingly complex management issues as well as the will to contribute to team building and work.

Mr. Baiden holds a Master of Science degree in Development Finance, Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with Mathematics and a Diploma in Statistics all from University of Ghana.
