Once upon a time there was a man up in Finnmark – way up in the north of Norway - who had caught a little white bear… It grew.

The door creaked open… and a foot glided across the mat. There stood a troll! 99 trolls trampled over the first one to get to the food.

Some were large, and some were small. Some had long tails, and some had no tails at all. And some had long, long noses. Some had longer noses. Some had teeth as long as their fingers and some had fingers as long as their teeth.
