Increased all of our GiveBack program metrics. Exceeded our Giving Tuesday donation goal of raising $100,000 and supported more than 300 causes. Committed to a new strategic partnership with The PhD Project to increase diversity. 2019 ACCOMPLISHMENTS The Moss Adams Foundation made significant strides in 2019. Drawing on the momentum of groundwork laid in previous years as well as the energy generated by new initiatives, in 2019 we were able to accelerate our progress in carrying out our longstanding mission: To deliver on the promise of a better tomorrow by cultivating opportunity for everyone. With this objective in mind, we set our intention on three key areas for 2019: Philanthropy Inclusion & diversity Environmental stewardship To expand our philanthropic reach, we supported charities, disaster relief, and record levels of individual giving to universities. With the goal of a more diverse workforce in mind, we funded scholarships and educational programs. And to minimize the firm’s environmental footprint, we refreshed our focus on sustainability and eliminated waste where possible to make this our greenest year yet. The Foundation is very much a reflection of the people within the firm. Your support of your communities, inclusion & diversity, the profession, and the environment are the backbone of the Foundation’s work. These goals are not easy to achieve, and I’m proud of our commitment to them, inspired by the progress the firm has achieved, and excited to see how we’ll capitalize on our success in 2020. The Moss Adams Foundation made significant strides in 2019. Drawing on the momentum of groundwork laid in previous years as well as the energy generated by new initiatives, in 2019 we were able to accelerate our progress in carrying out our longstanding mission: To deliver on the promise of a better tomorrow by cultivating opportunity for everyone.

With this objective in mind, we set our intention on three key areas for 2019: • Philanthropy • Inclusion & diversity • Environmental stewardship

To expand our philanthropic reach, we supported charities, disaster relief, and record levels of individual giving to universities.
