NOTICE INVITING RE-TENDER FOR CUTTING AND DISPOSAL OF TREES

Sub-Regional office (SRO), ESIC, Visakhapatnam invites tender under single bid system from

the firms/agencies/reputed vendors for Cutting and Disposal of 167 no. of Trees at Survey No.1/83

of Gajularega Village, Vizianagaram Mandal, Vizianagaram District.

The bidders should enclose duly signed tender form and their bids along with all relevant certificates, document and Demand Draft for Rs. 4764/- (Rupees four thousand seven hundred and sixty four only) towards Earnest Money Deposit in favour of “ESIC Fund A/c.No.1 Payable at Visakhapatnam latest by 09-10-2019 upto 15.00 Hrs. The bids must be sealed and super scribed as “Tender for cutting and disposal of Trees at Sy.No.1/83 of Gajularega Village, Viziangaram”, and should be dropped in the Tender Box kept at SRO, ESIC, Visakhapatnam by 15.00 hrs on 09-10-2019. The bids will be opened in the SRO at 15.30 hrs on 09-10-2019.

Annexure -A GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO THE BIDDERS

1. Earnest Money Deposit shall be refunded to the unsuccessful bidders within one month from the date of award to the successful bidder. No interest shall be payable on the EMD to either the successful or the unsuccessful bidders. 2. The successful bidder shall have to deposit the balance amount i.e., less the EMD in “ESIC fund A/c. No.1” within 5 (Five) working days from the date of award of work failing which the EMD amount will be forfeited. 3. The successful bidder shall have to complete the cutting and disposal of the trees within 15 days from the deposit of amount. 4. The bids will be opened on the date and time mentioned in tender notice in presence of the bidders/their representative who wish to be present. 5. The bidders must carefully go through the instructions to bidders and Eligibility and Terms and Conditions. Tenders not satisfying the eligibility and terms and conditions mentioned therein will be rejected forthwith. 6. Incomplete tenders, Tenders received without EMD will be rejected, outright. 7. The validity of the tender shall be 120 days. 8. Bidders or their representatives may visit the site mentioned in the tender document before submitting their bids for assessment of cutting and disposal of trees. Sri. All disputes concerning in any way with these tender are subject to Visakhapatnam jurisdiction only. 10. Sub-Regional Office, ESIC, Visakhapatnam will not be responsible for any delay in submission of the Bids due to any reason whatsoever. 11. In case of any unscheduled holiday/Bundh on the bids opening date, the Bids will be opened on the next working day. Accordingly, Bids Opening date and time will get extended up to the next working day. 12. Canvassing in any form in connection with the tender is strictly prohibited. 13. In the event of any disputes arising in connection to this bid documents, it is agreed that disputes shall be referred to the arbitration of Competent Authority, Sub-Regional Office, ESIC, Visakhapatnam, in whose absence the Competent Authority shall appoint a person he so deems fit to preside over the Arbitration proceedings and his decision will be final and binding on both the parties. 14. Sub-Regional Office, ESIC, Visakhapatnam reserves the right to reject any/all tenders without assigning any reason.
