•La thrombose de stent est rare , mais c’est

une complication gravissime avec une importante

mortalité. La réduction de la thrombose de stent passe

par une augmentation de la compliance et la durée de

l’association ASA + clopidogrel.

•Prasugrel est un agent plus rapide, avec une plus grande

inhibition de l’agrégation plaquettaire entraînant une

meilleure réduction du risque de thrombose de stent.

Clopidogrel

If pre-treated, no additional loading dose;

if naive, standard 300 mg loading dose,

PLATO : CONSEQUENCES THERAPEUTIQUES

• Si on traite 1000 Pts pour SCA pendant 12 mois par TICAGRELOR, on

évite :

– 14 décès

– 11 IDM

– 6-8 thromboses de stent

• Sans augmentation des saignements nécessitant des transfusions

• En traitant 54 patients avec TICAGRELOR au lieu de clopidogrel pendant

1 an on prévient 1 DC CV , IDM ou AVC .
