WAC presents ALL SCOUTING POW WOW

Come learn how to become a Super Scout Leader!!

WELCOME to all of the Cub Scout, Boy Scout, Venturing and Commissioner Leaders throughout the Westark

Area Council. This, our first, All Scouting Pow Wow is one of the most exciting training programs that our

council has to offer! You could even say it’s a “SUPER” event! There is something for everyone from the first

time leader to the seasoned veteran. We are very excited to offer some exciting new scouting sessions along

with position-specific training for all programs.

In the tradition of Baden Powell University, while we will not be offering the degree program

anymore, we will be offering a bridge program to allow those who desire to complete their degree an

opportunity to do so. If you are interested in completing a degree, please contact Jamie at

[email protected].

Are you new to your scouting position? No problem! We are offering position-specific training for all Cub

Scout, Boy Scout, Venturing and Commissioner Leaders as well as Chartered Organization Representatives. If

you are not trained in your position, you must register for your position-specific training to participate in

the other sessions.

We are confident that you will find a new twist to the training that you can take home and use with your unit to

become a SUPER SCOUT LEADER!

Your trainers have had trainer development and/or EDGE courses and most are Wood Badge trained so you

know that they are the most qualified!

We are very excited to offer this SUPER event! Many of us have been preparing extensively for this training

and devoting hours of their time to developing, planning, and implementing this program for you. So, come out

enjoy the training and learn as much as you can to be a SUPER SCOUT LEADER and take the information

back to the youth in your unit to deliver a SUPER program! Register by November 14th and save $5.00.
