Oakmont High School Enrollment Checklist

Please have COPIES of all items listed below to submit on when coming to the office. Please note: ALL required documents are 

due at the  me of enrollment. Incomplete enrollments will NOT be accepted.  

 

INCOMPLETE ENROLLMENTS WILL BE GIVEN BACK TO FAMILIES TO RETURN AT A LATER DATE WITH ALL DOCUMENTATION.  

Step 1 

 

Complete the Online Enrollment.  

Please see the a ached instruc ons or go to h ps://rosevillejuhsd.asp.aeries.net/air/ to begin.  

PRINT THE ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION AFTER SUBMITTING—THIS IS REQUIRED. 

Step 2 

 COPY of a current mortgage statement OR rental agreement OR property tax bill. 

Step 3 

 

COPY of current PG&E bill OR City of Roseville electric bill OR SMUD bill   

For new residents ONLY : Statement of services started from u lity provider (Must be on company le erhead) 

NO Phone or Cable Bills 

Step 4 

 

COPY  of COMPLETE immuniza on record. 

Immuniza on records provided MUST include ALL shots required under California Law for students aged 13—17 years.  

A list of required shots can be found at eziz.org/assets/docs/IMM‐231.pdf or by visi ng shotsforschool.org.  

Please contact our school nurse at [email protected] for medical exemp on informa on PRIOR to enrollment night.  

Step 5 

 

Complete Course Selec ons. 

Please complete the course selec on worksheet for your student. Elec ves are listed on the back of the form. To view our

Step 6 

 COPY of most recent transcript from your last school a ended. Please make sure this includes the classes you are currently 

taking.  

Additional Documents which may be required: Forms available online under “Additional Documents”

Shared Residency Affidavit Form– Families sharing housing and do not have utilities or rental agreements in their names.

-ALL SHARED RESIDENCY AFFIDAVITS ARE VERIFIED BY PLACER COUNTY SHERIFF RESOURCE OFFICERS-

Caregiver Affidavit Form– Students not living with a parent or legal guardian. Please also bring any court or placement papers AND a drivers license or ID.

IEP or 504 Plans– Please provide a copy if applicable.

Online Registration Instructions

1. Go to www.rjuhsd.us and click on “Enrollment” under Important Resources on the right side of the

screen

2. Before starting the enrollment process, please read through the “Annual Parent Notice.” You will be asked to confirm that you have reviewed this document at the end of the enrollment process.

3. Under “Step 1,” click on “AERIES Internet Registration”

4. Click on “Enroll A New Student” on the bottom left of the screen

5. From the drop down menu, select “2018-2019, Pre-Enrollment”

6. Carefully read about the required documents. Click “Next”

7. Create a new account

8. Once you create your account and your school is confirmed (based on boundaries). You will be sent an email with a link to activate your account. Please check your spam/junk mail if email is not received right away. The email is from: HomeLinkHelp. When the email is received, click on the link and it will then take you to our online registration page.

9. Please fill in all required fields. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING

a. When asked to indicate your student’s grade level, please select current grade NOT next

year’s grade. If going into the 9th grade please select 8th grade, as the system rolls over to the next grade they will be going into in July.

b. When asked to enter you residence address: If you have a separate mailing address you will be

able to add that after you enter your residence address. For interdistrict see below: i. Interdistrict transfer students will need to enter the Oakmont address as your

address: 1710 Cirby Way, Roseville 95661 ii. Please answer “no, use a different address for mail” and enter your home address

iii. When your students information is added to our database your mailing address will replace the Oakmont address.

c. Be sure to have your immunization records with you as you will be asked to enter them

10. If you need to save your information and complete the enrollment process later, click the “Finish Later”

button on the right.

11. If the information you entered is correct, click “Finish and Submit.” After clicking “Finish and Submit,” no further changes can be made online.

12. YOU MUST PRINT THE ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION PAGE. SIGN AT THE BOTTOM, AND BRING TO

THE OAKMONT OFFICE OR REGISTRATION NIGHT ALONG WITH ALL OTHER REQUIRED DOCUMENTS.
