On October 1, 1998, the Commrss,on e teclromca1Iy transmitted notice of the filing and the 1nterven11on deadline of October 16, 1998, to interested 1nd1viduals and ent111es. No peutto:is 10 intervene or commen1s were filed and at 1ts regularly scheduled January 26 i999. meeting, the Commission considered PaeTec's request for a cert1ficate of authonty.
