a. Discuss procedural Issues, solving all questions and matters.resentation of students, schools, town, environment, countries. Planning of the whole project. Setting up communication system;

b. Detailed discussion on the technicalities of the programme.Survey among pupils for their preferences of listening to radio;Brochure with rules for school radio usage and etiquette;

14:00-15:00 Light lunch by the sea, buffet.15:00- 19:30 Back to Hotel and Free time20:00 Welcome Dinner, at City Centre Back to Hotel [ Transportation: by a hired bus,~8,5 Euros per person ]

Wednesday 10 October – DAILY EXCURSION07:50 - Departure from Hotel for the excursion.

Trip to Vergina - Aiges (Macedonian Tombs and birthplace of Alexander the Great), Olympus Mountain area (ancient city of Dion, dedicated to Zeus, under Mt. Olympus-museum and archeological Park),

12:30 - Coffee by the see , SWIMMING TIME!. Panteleimon villages (picturesque

villages on the mountain, side by side to Olympus).Lunch in the area of Olumpus.Returning at hotel around

20:00. Night out in Thessaloniki, food, clubbing/free time. We suggest drinks on a

Thursday 11 October – KAMPANIS HIGH SCHOOL MEETING08:00- Departure to Kampanis Senior High School, Kilkis09:00- Meeting the School community, 09:30- 12:00-Working sessions, workshops, meeting the school. Coffee breaks in between.12:00 - Meeting with the Director of the Secondary Education Directorate Kilkis Manucipality, and the Major or representantive (Munacipality of Kilkis).12:30- 14:00 Greek live music, folklore dances and traditions.14:00- Lunch at School. Parents Association and local Traditional and Women societies prepare for Comenius domestic home made food,and local winery and drinks.17:00 Back to Hotel, Free afternoon21:30 – night out [ Transportation: by a hired bus, ~15 Euros per person ]

Friday 12 October – LAST DAYMorning-Noon: Visiting important sightseeing in Thessaloniki until 13:00. Includes City Tourist bus.Then free time for shopping and strolling in Thessaloniki until the evening.Evening/night : Return to hotel around 19:00, 20:00 - Farewell dinner party.[ Transportation with public transportation or taxi ]
