Goodbye We can't believe this day has arrived! Emilia, Kacie and I are ready for our sea change and are, among a whole range of emotions, excited about our move to Albany. We will miss Ongerup and all the wonderful people here greatly. We would love to thank everyone for their kindness, generosity and support in our time here. Being part of this small, friendly, welcoming and understanding community has helped us so much over these past couple of years. It is going to be super tough to leave Ongerup but we have so many amazing friends and memories to cherish! We hope you all have a terrific Christmas and we will see you in the New Year. Bye for now! Under section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Gnowangerup hereby advises of its intent to dispose by way of sale a portion of Lot 556 (proposed Lot 560 on deposited plan 410307 adjacent to the Ratten and

Slater Development on Yougenup Road) to Landmark Gnowangerup for the amount of $80,000. The market value of the disposition was assessed at $150,000 for a fully developed Lot on 24th August 2016. Council invites public submissions regarding the above.
