By mounting UV pinning lamps on each side of the print head, bidirectional printing is signi�cantly more productive than other single directional systems. Additional o� line UV curing is NOT required.
All ink used during print head maintenance and purging is recycled with our automatic closed loop system. This minimizes ink waste to less than 1%. Not only does this save money, but is environmentally and EPA friendly.
Drop on demand inkjet printing allows uneven surface printing (approximately 200+ micron di�erence) while conventional silk screen system fails with big stepping and skip printing.
Ink droplets can be observed and their condition may be adjusted using a drop watcher. All nozzles can be adjusted to prevent satellite (ink scattering) and piezo can be controlled to achieve high quality printing.

CraftPix is a UV pinning type inkjet printer which prints and cures ink simultaneously. While lowering your printing cost, CraftPix allows various printing customizations.

With multiple alignment features available, you can chose from 1 to 4 alignment points. X,Y and theta rotation are measured and data is rasterized for precise image printing. Furthermore, each separate or single-image piece can be aligned with “Piece Alignment”.
Integrating test data (QVS) with CraftPix allows you to print nomenclature on only GOOD PCB’s and correctly marking BAD PCB’s. Additionally, you can serialize, barcode, and test stamp good images only. This reduces the possibility of bad PCBs shipped to your customers.

Automatic Optical Camera Nozzle Check
Using the onboard AOI camera, CraftPix can automatically perform a print check and inspect the print array (nozzle) condition. Therefore, it eliminates time consuming manual (visual) checking.
Loader and unloader are connected to each side of CraftPix to perform continuous automated operation. Boards are set into a stacker, then a transfer arm, using vacuum, transfers the boards to CraftPix. Once printing is completed, board is immediately unloaded and put into the other stacker.
Customer loader and unloader can be connected to MicroCraft conveyer. It can be integrated with various material handling equipment that customers use. Board is transferred from customer loader to designated position on MicroCraft conveyer for alignment. Then the transfer arm secures the board with vacuum and transfers it to CraftPix. Once printing is completed, board is immediately unloaded and the conveyer places into next staging area.
MicroCraft prepares unique board securing structures in order to provide more accurate printing by warpage correction. By securely holding board horizontally, spots called “satellite” and distortion of printing are prevented.
Standard clamp system for CPL model surrounds and secures board with movable clamps. Clamps are moved to fit board size without using any tool.
CPM/CPK models are equipped with vacuum suction to secure boards. With the suction force, the entire board, even with through holes, can be secured flat.
Automated 4 side edge clamp with vacuum suction supports auto loader/unloader to thoroughly correct warpage. It is the most suitable system to be used with loader/unloader since board is automatically clamped.

This editor supports 274X. This allows you to setup printing jobs in advance. Controlling printing parameters, barcodes, and other features prior to print, makes data for the printer “Ready to Go”. So when the panels arrive at the printer, the operator just picks the folder and prints.

Curing
Current legend process requires highly skilled operators, screens, and squeegee tools in order to achieve basic legend printing. Problems faced by manual printing are image registration, serialization and barcode printing. The cost of phototools to generate stencils and other in process steps adds to the cost of each job. Storage of these tools is also cumbersome and expensive.
Digital printing with CraftPix immediately solves all the issues with alignment, data revisions, barcodes and serialization without any phototools; thus, reduces cycle time and cost.

This editor supports 274X. This allows you to setup printing jobs in advance. Controlling printing parameters, barcodes, and other features prior to print, makes data for the printer “Ready to Go”. So when the panels arrive at the printer, the operator just picks the folder and prints.
This version has all the same features as MicroJet Lite, load data folder and print with inputs of RS274D, ODB++ additionally supported (DXF is optional). There are also advanced CAM features for more detailed editing.

Curing
Current legend process requires highly skilled operators, screens, and squeegee tools in order to achieve basic legend printing. Problems faced by manual printing are image registration, serialization and barcode printing. The cost of phototools to generate stencils and other in process steps adds to the cost of each job. Storage of these tools is also cumbersome and expensive.
Digital printing with CraftPix immediately solves all the issues with alignment, data revisions, barcodes and serialization without any phototools; thus, reduces cycle time and cost.
