¡  Plan  approximately  an  hour  and  a  half  with  no  distractions  

¡  Bring  the  Question  Sheets,  binders,  electronic  files,  etc.  to  exchange  as  necessary  

¡  Review  &  discuss  the  Question  Sheets  and  any  additional  advice  or  questions  that  have  come  up

¡  Take  it  a  step  further  and  have  the  entire  executive  team  meet  after  individual  transitions  have  occurred  

¡  Make  sure  everyone  is  on  the  same  page  as  far  as  goals  and  expectations  

¡  Create  a  timeline  or  calendar  for  any  important  events  and  make  reservations  EARLY  

¡  Include  or  follow  up  with  your  advisor  as  necessary  

¡  Submit  any  paperwork  as  requested  by  the  Campus  Programming  Office

•  April  15  ,  2016–  Annual  Report  Form  Due  

•  May  13,  2015  –  Deadline  for  all  receipts  to  be  submitted  for  allocation  reimbursements  

 •  September  20,  2016    –  Student  Org  Renewal  Form  &  Updated  Constitution/Bylaws  

•  Within  2  weeks  of  necessary  change  –  Change  of  Advisor,  Officers  or  Membership  

•  Ongoing–  Positive  or  flat  balance  in  Agency/60  Account  

•  February  1  –  Deadline  to  have  a  NEW  student  organization  approved  for  the  same  academic  year  

•  TBA  –  Operation  Organizations  (3-­‐4  times  a  year)
