Summary EWU Sports Club is going to organize a Intra

Cricket Tournament . This is kind of T10 match. 16 leading clubs of our university will be participate in this tournament. Tournament will be held in (…………….) Field. This is a one of the most Exiting tournament that will be happen after Eid .

and every Club Moderator through their President. First 16 Club will have been selected for the Cricket tournament that will be clearly mention in the Invitation letter .

16 Clubs Meeting and rules of the tournament

After selecting of 16 clubs . We Call them for a Meeting to know about the rules and regulations of the Tournament. We will provide them 32 players who have been divided in 2 categories A and B . This 32 players have been selected by Sports Club . This 32 players are divided by the lottery system and Each Club will have 2 player. Rules and regulations will be announced on that day.


Players MeetingThere will be a meeting for those who have

been selected by the Sports Club. We will shortly brief them about the tournament rules and regulation of the tournament. First we have to make sure to play that 32 selected player . If any one deny to play this tournament, Then we will make sure the other player of the University.


Team Briefing When all the Team r set in the due time we

will call for a Team briefing and we will make a lottery system to divide the two category player. After that We will discuss about the Venue fixture and more .


Promotional Tools And Fixture Every team Must have their own flags and

they must choose their own anthem song for the club. Every team must have their advisor or Faculty or moderator . Tournament Fixture will go through by the banner in the University ground . All the fixtures will have been published in our facebook fan page.


Different ideas for the tournament1.Every Club have their own jersey2.Most Run ( Color ) Cap 3. Most wicket taker (Color) Cap4. Most Sixer ( Color ) Cap5.1st and the last over will be the super over for Each Team

every run counts twice like 1 run=2 run , 4run = 8 run. 6. Different Sound System for boundaries7. Wristband for each Man of the Match (logo of Sc) 8. Providing Two Different Pannel for the Players 9. After first half we will finish the toss for the upcoming

match . 10. If any one get 4 wicket in a match will provide the match

ball . 11. Every team Must have our Sports Club logo in their jersey.


Preparation For the Tournament EWUSC will organize the field and stages for

the tournament . We will Provide highly professional Umpires for the tournament. Umpire decision will be the best decision for both the team. We will hire the grounds man.


Opening CeremonyIf we have enough budget to stand up a

Opening Ceremony than we will organize a opening Ceremony. Our Cultural Club will do some Cultural and exciting Activities on that day.

Our Honorable Chief guest or Faculty or Sports club Moderator will Cut down the rope or will fly away the birds or balloons for start up the tournament.


Startup The Tournament Every team Must Follow up the rules and

regulation . if any player are violated during the tournament, Committee can take any kind of decision . Every team must present in the field before 1 hour of their game. Tournament Committee provide the necessary things for the players if they need to .


Final Day

In the Final day of the tournament 2 semi final and final will be occur . Every team Must be present in the final day .
