We will promote our organization in a variety of ways including networking. We can contact
businesses and we will do seminars and workshop in so that we can create awareness
amongst small or medium sized businesses. The marketing strategy will include the
organization's ability to provide cost-effective professional human resource services. Alsowould be relying on word of mouth to enhance the customer base.

OHRS aims at targeting the recent graduates middle level executives as well assenior level executives as individual clients. Further the majority of the business is
targeted from newly evolving and upcoming and existing companies as corporate
clients. Recent graduates will be target for the following reasons:
I. They need guidance and help to start their carrier.II. OHRS introduces them to employers who are looking for efficient and
hardworking employees.
III. Freshers require training for interviews and resume writing. Evolving and upcoming and existing companies will be the target market for several

and individual clients. The offices would be located Delhi and Mumbai and the office timings
