End of the Year Field Trip

High School for Health Professions

Itinerary - Friday May 15

Depart at 3:30 A.M. from HSHP.

Arrive in Flrorida, visit Wet N’ Wild Waterpark.

Check in hotel – Marriott Courtyard & Suites.

Itinerary - Saturday May 16

Two parks in one day!

Visit Universal Studios and Island of Adventure.

Itinerary - Sunday May 17

Visit St. Augustine, Florida for shopping and historic visits.

Arrive back in Orangeburg in the early evening.

Student Behavior & Expectations

Students can not receive a disciplinary referral beginning February 1, 2015 – May 14, 2015.

Students must complete their registration forms.

All money and paperwork should be turned in on time.

Financial Agreement

The trip cost $355/student and includes hotel (4 per room), park admissions and round-trip transportation.

All monies for trip must be paid by April 2.

Fundraising money will be credited to students who participate.

All fundraising money will be used for those students going on the field trip.

Friday March 13, $100 deposits for confirmed students, become non-refundable.

Friday April 17, balance of money collected ($255) for confirmed students become non-refundable.

47 spots for the trip need to be paid for.

Wait List

All wait list students should continue to make payments to fill an unexpected open spot.

Wait list students will be assigned with these factors: gender, date of deposit, payment of monies, etc.

Students on the wait list that do not get a spot on the trip will have all of their money refunded.

IF a wait-listed student can take a confirmed student’s spot, your money will be refunded.

Discipline Infraction, Family Emergency, Change of Heart, etc.

Once the wait list is exhausted – NO REFUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE.

Fundraiser #1Krispy Kreme

Sell Krispy Kreme donuts (no certificates).

Collect orders from March 10 through March 27.

Order Forms and money by Friday March 27.

Donuts delivered on Wednesday April 1.

Pickup in the Clyburn Center.

Fundraiser #2BBQ Dinner

Sell BBQ Dinners: Chopped BBQ, Rice, Hash, and Coleslaw for $7 per plate.

Orders placed March 10 through March 20.

Order Forms and Money by March 20.

Dinners picked up on Friday March 27.

Plates will be picked up in the Clyburn Center from 11:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Delivery available to locations with 10 or more orders.

Brax Fundraiser

Raised over $1500.

Spirit Cups will arrive on March 20 and will be available for pickup.

Pickup will be in the Clyburn Center – a letter will be sent home for pickup times.
