Located  in  the  heart  of  the  Santa  Clara  County  Wine  Trail,  Fitz  Place  offers  a  unique  destination  for  you  and  your  guests  to  relax  and  unwind,  with  all  the  conveniences  of  home  and  the  added  luxuries  of  a  boutique  hotel.    

Our  historic  Farmhouse  Inn  and  Cottage  features  overnight  accommodations  for  up  to  20  guests,  in  addition  to  a  ceremony  and  reception  site  with  room  for  150  of  your  friends  and  family.      The  Vineyard  Meadow  is  the  perfect  location  for  an  intimate  ceremony,  boasting  a  huge  lawn  area,  with  acres  of  old  growth  merlot  vineyards  as  your  backdrop.  After  the  vows  are  exchanged,  head  to  The  Mews,  our  recently  renovated,  rustic-­‐elegant  Barn  featuring  reclaimed  wood  walls.  It  opens  up  on  three  sides  to  the  vineyards  and  endless  golden  hills  in  the  distance.  With  its  spacious  adjoining  patio,  these  areas  provide  the  perfect  setting  for  your  wedding  or  private  event  reception.    

During  your  stay  with  us,  enjoy  a  game  of  bocce  ball  in  our  beer  garden,  or  take  a  dip  in  the  refreshing  pool  set  amongst  impressive  oak  trees.  Open  a  bottle  of  wine  from  one  of  the  many  local  wineries  and  pair  it  with  your  favorite  home  barbequed  meal  while  reminiscing  with  your  loved  ones  on  the  spacious  back  deck.  Wander  through  our  old  growth  Merlot  vineyards  or  gather  your  friends  for  a  game  of  croquet.      With  exclusive  use  of  our  property,  you  can  enjoy  special  moments  like  these  anywhere  you  wish  to  on  our  sprawling  five-­‐acre  property.  Surrounded  by  beautiful  gardens  and  open  skies,  you  are  sure  to  enjoy  our  relaxed  setting  while  creating  life  long  memories  you  won’t  find  anywhere  else.

Frequently  Asked  Questions    RENTAL  TIMES:  Lodging  and  Event  Facilities  will  be  available  after  3:00  pm  on  the  date  of  check-­‐in.  This  includes  set  up  time.  For  any  events  hosting  greater  than  22  people,  the  event  may  commence  after  4:00  pm,  and  must  end  by  11:00  pm.  Music  must  be  off  by  10:00  pm  and  last  call  for  alcohol  is  at  10:30  pm.    NOISE  RESTRICTIONS:  Due  to  local  noise  ordinance,  all  outdoor  amplified  music  must  be  off  by  10:00  pm.      PETS:  Yes,  we  love  pets  however  dogs  and  cats  are  the  only  pets  allowed,  two  maximum  at  one  time,  and  no  pets  are  allowed  in  any  of  the  guest  bedrooms.  We  ask  that  you  kindly  clean  up  after  your  pet,  both  indoors  and  outdoors.  An  additional  cleaning  fee  will  apply:  $50  per  pet.    PREFERRED  VENDORS:  Fitz  Place  has  already  done  the  vendor  research  for  you.  All  of  the  event  professionals  on  our  list  are  there  because  they  are  the  best  at  what  they  do,  and  we  have  previously  established  a  great  working  relationship  with  them.  They  know  the  property,  and  therefore  will  be  able  to  get  you  the  best  deals,  the  fastest  quotes  and  the  most  reliable  service  in  the  area.  While  you  are  free  to  choose  whoever  you  want  to,  there  are  a  few  categories  that  we  require  come  from  our  list.        CATERERS:    We  have  teamed  up  with  the  best  of  the  best,  the  cream  of  the  crop,  and  we  are  sure  you'll  love  them  as  much  as  we  do.  We  offer  caterers  for  a  variety  of  budgets,  culinary  needs,  and  ethnic  cuisines.      Should  you  have  more  specific  dietary  or  ethnic  or  religious  needs  that  we  currently  have  not  thought  of,  an  alternate  caterer  may  be  considered.  If  you  choose  a  caterer  not  on  our  list,  we  do  ask  that  you  hire  one  of  the  day  of  event  coordinators  on  our  list.    WHAT  WE  PROVIDE:  Complimentary:    150  white  folding  chairs  15  sixty  inch  rounds  4  six  foot  banquet  tables  Standard  linens  and  napkins  in  ivory,  black  or  white  Barbecue  Grill  Fire  Pit    We  also  have  the  following  rental  items:    Pull  Down  Screen  Projector  Sound  System  (low  powered)  Croquet,  Corn  Hole,  Other  Games  Massage  Table  Cake/Dessert  Cart  White  Boards  Groom’s  Suite    Fitz  Place  wine  is  available  for  purchase.
