The essence of PSA
PSA process is an extremely clean operation and the only ‘raw material’ is air.
On-site generators allow for an uninterrupted supply of gas with a high purity output. This means that you can produce gas where and when you need it, and in the exact quantity and quality you need.
Our X-series nitrogen generator systems are available in 15 models with cover flow rates from 4.8 to 10,000 Sm3/h. For lower capacities or for ships with high peak consumption (e.g. LNG ferries) we can design a smaller system with high pressure cylinders.

• When choosing our nitrogen padding solution, you do not need to equip yourvessels with Nitrogen bottles.
• We can offer down to 20 ppm purity andthe best thing is that changeover from 5 %production to 20 ppm takes less than 20 minutes. A special oxygen sensor cabinet is delivered to monitor precise and reliable readings from 2-1000 ppm.

• The touch screen is user friendly, self diagnosting, it has only one wire from the instrument to the PLC, it has easy internet access, it is possible to choose placement of the screens in the CCR, in the ECR and on the bridge which is in fully compliance with class rules.
Optional double block and bleed system
• This class approved safety system can bedelivered as an integrated part of the PSAsystem for on deck placement, qualitycomponents for on deck installation ischosen.
• The DBB system keeps pressure in cargotanks at 0.2 bar or after customizedspecification.

Lowest Energy ConsumptionOur X-Series' very low energy consumption ranges from 0.19 kW to 1.0 kW, depending on capacity and purity. This is a great advantage for ships at sea, as it is directly transferable to lower fuel consumption.

For the nitrogen generator of Oxymat on our LEG tanker, we mainly used for stripping, the performance of generator is stable, covers less space than other products, easy for installation on board, and maintenance room is small. We are satisfied with Oxymat´s after-sales service.Suggestion: for shipyard, installation and maintenance is need to consider. And the requirements of the owner to maintenance space is extremely high, we suggest to continue to optimize maintenance space and arrangement, including the size of the operating space.
